These aren't bad at all. I would have liked a little more egg and they are spicier than I was expecting (I don't mind spice so that isn't a negative but figured it could be for someone else).

It's a quick good tasting morning bite. I wish it was a bit more since I felt it wasn't as filling especially after a morning workout. I had a piece of whole wheat toast and some fruit to round out my meal. This would also make a nice light dinner.

This really tastes wonderful and it's full of protein. I add a little cheese, salsa and sometimes a fried egg. Super tasty!

I appreciate the amount of protein, and that is is healthy. But it was too spicy for me, especially at breakfast.
