Full of flavor with a hidden spicy kick!

Really good, a bit spicy however

I am on my weight loss journey and currently down 100 lbs, these protein bowls are The Best!!!! Some days I even use them to make Breakfast tacos with low-carb tortillas. As long as they're at Sam's, I will continue to buy them

These breakfast meals are the BEST because they are calorie controlled AND healthy! The only problem is that Sam's is the only distributor we can find, and Sam's only has them about 10% of the time. I love these meals!

This breakfast bowl is definitely for cumin/peppery food aficionados. Full of flavors but—FOR ME—it was a bit too much. I have the feeling that with a dollop of sour cream, this would be dreamy for many.

These were good but a little spicy for me. The peppers were a bit too prominent for my liking. I am admittedly a baby when it comes to any heat. I had to add sour cream to be able the get through the ones I bought. Quality was good just a little too much kick for me.

Healthy, filling okay tasting for frozen food if I was a collage student or super busy I would LOVE this

Healthy, decently filling. Probably a great nutritious start to the day for some, though onion and black bean are not my favorite flavors for breakfast. Unfortunately tastes like it's good for you. My totally subjective opinion. Others may love it, but not likely to be a repeat purchase for me.

Flavor wise, it's ok. Size wise, it's quite a small portion. If you're on a calorie restricted diet, this might work for you. If not, you'll be left quite hungry

I'm a very mild kind a person so this bowl is loaded with jalapeños and I found it very spicy. I added some sour cream and it helped out a little. I probably won't buy again because of the spice but if you like some heat, you'll love it.
