We lived in Asia for 20 years, had 3 bidets swash for 10 years, recently returned to Canada and could no longer live without a swash bidet. We have purchased a Brondell 1000 3 months ago and are completely satisfied. Easy to install and instructions are clear. I am very happy to have followed the “Quick Toilet Fit Guide” provided on the website for measurement before placing an order as our toilet is an Elongated model but the best option was to choose for a Round Swash and it fit perfectly. Have recommended my friends to consider buying such a Swash.

Swash1000 is definitely a great product if it is working. My Swash1000 was working great and no complain for 2 weeks. Then suddenly, the rear cleansing somehow stopped working! you press and no response. Then the next day the font cleansing stopped! What's left? the dry air. I restarted the machine many times and followed the troubleshoot in the user manual. Finally, I was grateful that the store took it back and returned my money. I am very hesitant now to buy Brondell! However, I am not able to find other brands in local stores here in Montreal. For this reason I am considering to give Brondell Swash1000 another chance in case the company stands strong behind their 3 years guaranty. If Brondell is will to return or exchange their defective product within their 3 years waranty, then I might try to buy it again.

I purchased my first Brondell Swash 800 in 2004 (still working well, I love it.). I have purchased 4 other Brondell heated toilet seats for friends and I recently Purchased (03/2015) a Brondell Swash 1000 for another bathroom in my home, it is great with additional updated features that makes life much easier, comfortable and sanitary.

This product lived up to expectations. Ease of installation coupled with simplicity of use got us off to an excellent start. The seat is comfortable, warm and fit perfectly on the existing toilet bowl. The functions performed by the seat exceed what we desired. I highly recommend this bidet seat.

I'm doing radiation treatment for cancer I have a elongated swash 1000 that I inherited from a friend who passed. My treatment became complicated with lots of pain and blood. I used the older swash 1000 on a round toilet. It worked well and helped a lot during the treatment. I'm at the end of my treatment, but the pain and blood is still with me. At about 3/4 intensity now. I just recently purchased the round toilet swash 1000 and have switched them out. The proper match makes the functioning even better. The swash 1000 has helped me keep clean and begin the healing process in sensitive areas.

When we remodeled our bathroom, my husband (along with our contractor) suggested we purchase the Brondell Swash 1000 Bidet Seat. I told him he was crazy and he could put it in his bathroom--not mine! But I have been won over quickly and completely. The clean feeling and comfort that you receive from this appliance is fabulous. I am not elderly, but I would recommend this to anyone, especially those that have mobility and toiletry issues. All of the features work very well. Because it is more visible than a regular toilet seat, it does take away from my perfectly, picked-out-to-match toilet, but the experience is well-worth it.

Compared with two other branded bidet seats I’ve purchased in the past, the Swash 1000 was the easiest installation I have experienced thus far. The remote and features are simple and friendly to operate and it’s been a “splash” with my guests. The only inconvenience I have with this product is how to hide the extension cord and electrical plug for aesthetics. Other than this factor, I am very content with this bathroom upgrade.

Just purchased last week. Installed yesterday. Installation was easy and quick. Product works as promised. We have a pretty small existing toilet and the round Swash 1000 actually fits. Remote control is a really nice feature and i especially like how the seat lid is quite sturdy compared to other manufacturers. Highly recommend this product.

Skeptical at first, now I cannot imagine using the toilet without my Swash 1000. I bought the Swash in preparation for shoulder surgery and six weeks to six months of diminished capacity and difficulty trying to clean myself with my off hand because that shoulder is injured as well. The Brondell Swash 1000, the Cadillac of bum washers, definitely gets me 1,000,000 husband points because, during the recovery from surgery, my wife will be relieved of the unpleasant task that the Swash 1000 does so perfectly. I’ve lived with a porcelain bidet before, and the Swash is much easier and works just as well, if not better; as an added bonus, it cleans itself. I bought it 3 months before the surgery to be sure that it was the correct solution and I could not be more pleased. I have learned to wiggle a bit to get total coverage, and I sit and let the entire operation run as programmed. I use warm water and let the wash program run until it stops, I deodorize, and then dry off with warm air. As a quality control measure, I use a few folded sheets of TP and gently dab to make sure that I am clean and dry; I always am if I let the program run to completion. It is perfect; I rise from the seat confident that I am clean and will remain fresh during the day. It’s relaxing to spend a few pleasant moments on a warm seat with a warm water wash and a warm dry. I use the time to read the news on my iPhone, or catch up on email. As it happened, I suffered a case of hemorrhoids the week that I ordered the Swash and, boy!, was I happy to have the swash to clean up. The gentle washing and the air drying helped tremendously. There was never any pain since the only thing that touched me was a soft spray and air. I even used cold water and drying for some much wanted relief. I believe the Swash was instrumental in the speed of my recovery. The swash was extremely easy to install and I had it ready ten minutes after delivery. The controls and the operation are simple and straightforward. It’s built well and built to last. Now that we have it, I cannot imagine being without it. I plan accordingly and make sure that I am near my Swash when nature calls. My wife and I both love the Swash 1000 and will never be without it.  My only regret is that I waited to buy it for several years after I had discovered it. I highly recommend it and it is worth every penny.

We've had this product for about a year and it works as well as the 1st day after installation. The installation was really simple, water supply via a tandem "T", power plug-in and seat install. Couldn't be simpler. Depending on how convenient access is to the water connection and a power plug - you should not need more than just time and evolved patience to install. The seat warmer is set to Mid Temp and so it the water pressure. The water cleaning option is so effective with an absolute feeling of 'clean' and actually being just that for both men or women, without a doubt.
