We had previously bought a complete smart toilet for 1,5k from another company. When it arrived, we realised we needed a plumber and stronger electrical wiring. We thus returned It and decided to give the Bondrell Swash toilet seat a try. Wow! We absolutely don’t regret! It was really easy to install. My husband did it himself in less than 30 minutes. We were anxious to give it a try. Well let me tell you that we are truly impress. This toilet seat makes not only our toilet look expensive, it has all the same features the more expensive smart toilet have. Buy with confidence. You will love it.

Bought, installed & used for 2 weeks, installation wasn't a problem since instruction was very clear. All features are comparable to that of the famous Japanese brand except seat doesn't come down automatically, which I don't really care. The "move" function is a great plus. Durability is my last concern since price is only 1/2 of that of the famous Japanese brand name products which suppose to last 20 years.

I was like you... reading all the great reviews, wondering if this product was really as good as everyone said it was...I was also suffering from a painful rectal fissure for over 2 years. Needless to say, solving rectal pain and finding a personal hygiene product were at the top of my list.. I was also ready to invest in myself, in my health, as best I could.. In a nutshell - WOW - what a total game changer... awesome product..no question.. I normally don't write reviews, but if my comments might help someone else, then it's worth it to me. Pain control - I bought my Brondell just after recovering from rectal surgery. Being told to sit in a warm sitz bath was demoralizing, impractical and of limited value. Yes, I was desperate when I made my purchase, but once installed, I cannot describe my appreciation for this product. The warmth of the water provided pain relief I had not experienced in years. In addition, and just as important, personal hygiene has now gone from being a total hassle to now being a total breeze. I have never been so satisfied and thankful with an online purchase. Because I was in pain, looking for a product to help me - I didn't care about the lack of an electrical outlet. I just simply ran an extension cord in through the bathroom, till an electrician can install a proper outlet. So, if there is no outlet in your bathroom - don't let that stop you. It didn't stop me. My thought was to install the Brondell ASAP, and get the electrician in due time! This was a totally the wise move for me.. Product quality & instillation - After my purchase, I can agree with an earlier post, that the Swash 1000 was a "godsend" for me. It is obviously well made, easy to install, and easy to use every day. No plumber was necessary, and I am all thumbs for sure! I also agree with those who recommend to use the installation video rather that the instruction manual - the video is much easier to follow. I also agree on getting all the extras, as it makes no sense to wish for them in hindsight.. The remote control is a bit intimidating at first, with all the various buttons, but after a few "Swashes" you get the hang of the settings.. For those who hate remote controls, a separate instructional video might be a good idea some day illustrating the various settings.. Quality of life - I know it may sound corny, and repetitive, but this thing will totally change life for the better, I am telling you.. Having used my Brondell for the past month, I will never, never, never go back!!! This is an investment for life.. Water cleans so much better. It's so much more convenient, and there is nothing quite like a warm seat to greet you! It's like a personal spa treatment, for an "under" appreciated area.. ;) Thanks again for a great product, attention to quality, and making life better!

Bought this bidet & within 45 minutes of delivery, I had it installed & working. It has all the bells & whistles, and was very easy to install. I did review a video of "how to" so I had a very good idea prior to delivery what I was going to be doing. Definitely need channel locks tho, as the fitting involved are larger than wrenches usually included in multi-tool tool sets. The bidet works as expected, and am happy with the results.

I purchased my Swash 1000 Bidet Seat about a month ago after the previous Bidet broke, It was not a Swash...So glad I checked out Swash 1000, has amazing features, does exactly what it says it will do and I installed it myself...I am a 73 year old woman. I actually look forward to those times I need to use it.

After surgery for colon cancer, it was imperative I find a way to gently and thoroughly clean my behind without additional irritation. The Brondell bidet was perfect. Using the remote control at first was a bit confusing, but practice made perfect. Adjusting water temperature depending on how I'm feeling for the day, and also being able to adjust the amount of water in the spray, as well as three spray settings, made all the difference. Why bidets are not default installations in US bathrooms is still a mystery to me. Delay the purchase no longer!!

We were introduced to this when staying as a guest in someone's home and immediately started googling. Sam's had them at a discounted price so we decided to pick up two. They claim you can install them yourself, and I have no doubt some people probably can. I can't fiddle with our house's plumbing without springing a leak, so I hired a plumber who charged us $125 to put two of them in. Maybe Santa will bring us one for the half-bath someday.

We've had our s-1000 for about a week now, and we love it. I worked at Panasonic thirty years ago, and we were "guninea pigs" for one of the first prototypes from Toto. I loved it then. It was simple, and you came out of the men's room feeling refreshed and confident - yes, believe it or not, CONFIDENT. Over the years, I still talk about the awesome toilet bidet. Last year, I was diagnosed with a fistula. After bottle and bottles of antibiotics, I was told I needed to see a surgeon. He recomended an operation. Downside? Possible loss of sphincter muscles and perhaps a colostomy bag! I said "no way" changed my eating habits, drink alove vera every day, and got a S1000 for maximum cleanliness. Outcome? I'm not free of the fistula, and feeling great once again. Thank you Brondell!!!!

This is one of the easiest installs you will do (10 minutes max)... if you watch the youtube install video you don't have to read the instructions. This seat has a water heater built in so you do not need to add a hot line. I do recommend you take the old supply tube completely off and reinstall a shorter one if it is not a cable type.

We simply can not believe we spent so many years without this bidet. It's perfect in every points and seat is even more comfortable than before. Our family and friends were reticent in trying it...but now they are all jealous and want one too! LOL Also, I have major disabilities with both my arms, and, you might not believe me, this bidet just changed my life for the better.
