When you do need it, you want the most reliable product available. I used the Depends Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for an aging relative. They were provided exceptional comfort and confidence. The unmatched absorption prevented leaks into his clothes and eliminated odors. Easy to remove, preventing any embarrassing moments throughout the day’s routine. Highly recommended.

Although the fit was right, there were areas that rubbed on my skin that was picking me. They did do it's job by having pretty good absorption during the day. I feel that they need to do better with odor control but it's not too bad. Overall, they were strong enough for everyday wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men in Size Small/Medium is pretty awesome! They fit snug but comfy, so they don’t slide around. The material’s soft, which is great because you don’t want anything itchy, right? They soak up a lot, so you stay dry, and they keep smells in check, so you feel fresh all day. Plus, they’re not bulky at all, so you can totally wear them under your regular clothes without anyone noticing. Overall, if you need some solid protection, these are a solid pick!

Ive tried several brands. Depends Fit Flex is smooth and doesnt feel like paper, however the padding in the seat pulls apart in between the protective inner and outer layer practicaly every wear. I have never had a leak but its a little un comfortable by the end of a 12 -15 hour stint. Over all fit is more comfortable than walmarts assurance brand but assurance never has pad pull apart. OTC insurance card wont pay for Depends brand so I end up not using Depends as much but they are very smooth and seldom if ever roll down. Be ware that if you get too big a size the pad area from front to back can be to bulky in some brands Depends is best except for that pulling apart in the seat pad problem.

I wasn’t able to keep them on long enough to evaluate the absorbency, leak protection or odor control. However, judging by the thickness they probably have good absorbency and leak protection. I actually prefer incontinence underwear as they are more comfortable and much more flattering.
