My husband uses S/M Fit-Flex Fit which work well for incontinence during the day, but at night, gravity defeats them. And, they are not really designed for bowel incontinence, day or night. Also, I may be imagining it, but they seem to be thinner as I can see pinkness through the back. But it may be he's gained some weight and they are stretching. I'm going up a size to check. I do wish you carried a "real" medium, however. Still mostly satisfied, but recommendations please.

They run a little small as far as fit, but are comfortable (they are more like “bikini briefs” size wise in wearing. The absorbency is only a.couple of ounces so it seems. So more for “dripping” than “voiding”.

They are comfortable and absorbent. They don’t have a fragrance so I don’t think there was any change on the odor control part. Overall great adult underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depend men’s XL underwear are made with a good quantity stretchy material. They hold a lot of liquid. The only problem is they run very small. They would probably fit a boy size 8. A large man wouldn’t even start to wear these. My husband wears a size men’s medium 32 underwear and these are too small for him! For quality I would give these a 9 out of 10. For size 1 out of 10. The picture show the gray men xl versus an extra large women’s size.

They not only work for the intended use, but they are great to have after surgery. They are great protectors for bedding and clothing.

The Depend for Men Underwear are very comfortable on me and offer decent protection. I have found the Real Fit Underwear to be slightly more comfortable as these are a little loose on me compared to those. I am a fairly average 25 year old but I feel like I am at the bottom of the size range. These are not quite as discreet as they do not look as real as the Real Fit. I tend to buy these though as they are usually much cheaper. For me they have the same limitation though, they tend to leak around the legs especially if I have an accident while sitting down. They could use additional leakage protection as it can be embarrassing to have the tell tale wet spots on the seat of your pants and on the chair you are sitting on if you have an accident. On the positive side they are usually much easier to conceal and clean up than if I had not been wearing these at all. Despite these limitations I would say try them. They may work for you, they are comfortable and reasonably discreet.

I wore them on my tour thru' Europe. I didn’t have to worry about not able to find a bathroom in time. I caught a cold on my trip, and I didn’t have to worry about leakage when I cough. Best of all, I have no dirty under wears in my suitcase. They are so comfy and they make my hips look good. They make me feel safe and clean. I wear them all the time now.

With that said, depends products are comfortable, very absorbent and reliable. If I happen to be having a bad day with bladder control I use both depends and poise.

I have tried them all for thirteen years. CVS, Walgreen's and Sam's Club. Depends may cost a couple of cents more but the product is so much better. Worth every penny. Leakage at night costs a lot in terms of soap and hot water to wash sheets and the cost of running a dryer. Buy the best. Get Depends. Save money in the long run.
