The remote took a little getting used to. Still after 3 months hit the wrong button. Settings allow many adjustments for color and audio. For instance, we adjusted color to accentuate golf course greens. Definitely would recommend for a friend.

I watch everything from movies, tv shows and sports. I like the new features that allow me to navigate my services without an external box. That means 1 remote to do everything!

I find the colors to be outstanding and the picture clear and crisp. The smart tv interface with apps is quick and intuitive. All my streaming services operate flawlessly and are easy to access. I run my audio through an Onkyo AV receiver paired with Klipsch 5/1 speaker system so audio is premium. In short, I’ll buy Samsung again at some point in the future. Very satisfied at this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Neo QLED 4K TV (2024) is an extreme example of technology in televisions. The picture it produces is phenomenal. It has bright, vivid colors, deep contrasts, and stunning details from sharp edges.Watching movies or shows feels engaging and interesting, and gaming is very enjoyable because it has features such as low input lag and high refresh rate. And the sound quality is incredible. The speakers are built in and provide good clear and balanced audio, plus the Object Tracking Sound that makes the experience even more amazing: sounds are synchronizing with actions happening on-screen. It is even more of a statement in sleek design, modern design blended into any room. The interface is quite easy to use, with many streaming apps already available. The voice control, as well as smart home device compatibility, are what I enjoy the most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a 75” qled that was 5 years old to an 85” neo qled. The difference in picture is amazing and the sound quality (without need for a soundbar or home theater setup) is fantastic. The user interface is fairly intuitive to use and the rechargeable/solar remote is handy and easy to use. Felt it was a great value for the price. Only one complaint would be how ridiculously heavy it is. I hadn’t expected it to be quite so much heavier than the old 75 inch.

I was torn between this tv and the Sony X90cl. I ordered the Sony, but it was busted on delivery. Since I had to go back to the store I revisited the Mini LED Samsung and decided that I would like to go that route. The tv is great. Really pops with the right content. Great 4K @120HZ gaming. the 86 really fills my space and is so much more immersive than my 65 inch tv.

I am disappointed in this TV. I bought it thinking it was a new model but now I feel it was a year old. It showed in the picture on line that it was the newer thin one but it’s not. Also the sound it awful and we have to turn it up to 70 to hear most tv programming, I. E. The FBI or Chicago Med etc.

I bought this 85 inch TV over a month ago and I am extremely please with the screen clarity and over all functionality. Two things that I find sub-par for a Samdung TV. 1. The sound automatically raises during an action scene or if there is background noise on the program .... i.e. people cheering, explosions. I have gotten use to it, but at first it was extremely annoying. 2. Too many times I turn on the TV and get no volume. I have to turn it off and back on to get to get it to work. This doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it is extremely annoying. If it doesn't clear up. I will return the set. Love the picture ... would have rated it a 5 except for the on-off volume issue. clear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this 75" model to replace our 55" model that was totally fine, but we wanted bigger and to our pleasant surprise, it was not only bigger but it was better. Until you have the opportunity to compare picture quality, you assume yours is just fine. the new one is considerably sharper than the older one. We have 3 samsung tv's in our little house. We are loyal Samsung customers for all the right reasons, quality and reliability.
