This product has great features

Great picture and sound quality. 4K is awesome. 120 refresh is good for movie, sports and games. Worth for the money.

Great TV good for movies and gaming

Decent picture but glitchy as heck!

Will randomly start movies or programs when switching apps, changing channels, or just in the middle of watching something already.
Also selecting some Watch Now option in the home screen, the screen goes black without loading that program. Also if some ad starts it will sometimes stop suddenly and you have to hit play or ut might freeze completely and you have to go back to the home screen or even cycle the power. 
Very disappointed in this supposedly superior brand.

This has been a very nice tv.  The picture is clear and the app options are very numerous.  We have only had it for a couple of weeks, but we are very happy with it as of now.
