Hey there - We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your beverage center. We have a few tips to help improve your experience. There can be a few reasons why the unit is not getting cold enough. Opening the door too frequently can make it difficult to keep the unit cool. Please limit how much you open the door to your unit. If you recently added a large quantity of beverages to the unit, allow time for the beverage center to properly cool your beverages. The door could not be closing properly so we recommend cleaning the door gaskets using a solution of baking soda and warm water. Finally, adjust the temperature to a colder setting to ensure the proper temperature is being created within the unit. If these tips don't help, we recommend reaching out to our GE Appliances Consumer Services by calling 1-800-432-2737 (Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET. Hi there - we're glad you're generally satisfied with your beverage center, but we do apologize that it takes a while to cool your drinks. We know how discouraging this can be. It's true that the unit needs time to cool large amounts of beverages that have recently been added - this is normal. Additionally, make sure that the door is sealing properly by cleaning the gaskets. Instructions for doing so can be found on page 15 of the owner's manual (linked on our website).
