While we're glad you like the look and the size of your beverage center, we do hate to hear you're having an issue with your items not getting cold enough. We know how much of an inconvenience that would be and would like to assist. Often, issues with insufficient cooling may be caused by the door being opened too often, or not sealing properly. You may want to check the gasket to make sure there are no gaps or damage, as that can prevent a proper seal. Making sure the center isn't in a location that gets too hot (over 110 degrees F or 43 degrees C) or too cold (under 55 degrees F or 13 degrees C) is also important. If those steps don't help you resolve the issue, you can also reach out to us over social media for assistance, or contact our service department if needed.
