Hi there - thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear you like the design of this beverage center but we're sorry the beverage center has not been getting cold enough. We would like to note that this beverage center comes with a temperature control with three different settings. You can learn more about adjusting the temperature on page 14 of your owner's manual.
