I have been using Woman's Tena S/M 18's on my husband for years because the S/M size fit his slim hip size snugly so he could wear them under jeans. This is why I tried out the Depend Real fit S/M on him for a week so far. I still have to use a Doubleup by Medline (extra long) liner inside for extra protection for him and I didn't like the blue color but the grey was nice. The ads show Depend briefs as comfortable as underwear. I got a sample to try and it was not comfortable. So I bought the insert. Also not comfortable. I am now wearing 2 pairs of underwear since it is more comfortable than any Depend product I have tried.

These provide a good and soft underwear like feel, and the fabric is soft and comfortable for the skin, but the occasionally feels a little bulky near the groin area, and the waist band sometimes slides down. Impressed by the absorbency, though, has good wetness protection and controls odor very well. Overall, it is a good alternative, but just as said earlier, little bulky feels.
