[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing was that I could wear these in the locker room at the YMCA because they looked like Jockey briefs. They were dark grey and had a contrasting color around the waist to look like a band found on briefs. They were not bulky and fit well under gym shorts and slacks. They pulled moisture away from his skin and there was no odor when there was leakage.

The pad absorbs a large quantity of fluids. I’d say if you need this for older folks who have problems definitely worth the pick up at least to try them.

I have dealt with IBS for many years. I have always been anxious when out with my wife to different events. I always rushed around and felt some shame around my having to look for and use the bathroom in public areas frequently. The "Real Fit" has enabled me to feel more natural and comfortable when out in public. I notice my anxiety, stress, blood pressure and heart rate levels have decreased when out at events where bathrooms are scarce or there are extended waiting periods due to long lines. The absorbency has been great as I have had to release up to 3 times in them at a time. My clothes and me are nice and dry. Thank You Depends!!!

The absorbency is good, preventing odors and the fit is discreet. Overall, they have purpose we didn't know we needed.

I really like the way these fit and feel, they are comfy and they look good considering they are an incontinence product they look more like regular underwear. I think they could benefit from a few improvements like leak guards, they have leaked on me a few times and I think leak guards would have prevented those leaks, second I think they would be better if the padding went all the way up the back mainly because these are intended for young and active people who still work everyday and my job puts me in all kinds of positions where padding in the back would help tremendously. Last I think more colors and/or designs would benefit us all. However, all of this said I dont get to wear these often because it is too much trouble to find a place where I can strip down to change a pullup but I usually start my day in a real fit and switch to a regular diaper when it is time to change. He had tried several other brands and his slacks always got wet. Not with the real fit as it hugs around the leg and feels secure.
