I have been using these for a while now. For me they are very good! In fact I wear them in place of underwear. Note! Buying in bulk ,keeps you.from worrying about running out, Less times to the store, and more cost effective!

My dad is 94 and refused to wear any type of “diaper”. But when he was sick and in the hospital I bought him a case and he reluctantly tried them. He is still wearing them everyday. I told him that it would take away the worry of reaching a bathroom when sometimes it’s urgent to get to one. We carry one in a shoulder bag for “just in case” .

My son is 40 yrs old with MS and this is the only product he wants to wear due to the fact it fits and looks like underwear and that is a vain issue with him being confined to a wheelchair during the day gives him confidence knowing he has a good product on

My 87 year old father loves these. They feel more like underwear to him than a diaper, and they are very absorbent. And unless you get them on a sale price, they will be a bit pricey. My dad uses these solely for nighttime use, and uses a cheaper brand for daytime use as he mostly needs them at night. We tested 13 brands (1 week each brand) of pull on overnight diapers and these were the best. Both in best absorbency and comfort., they are not scratchy, but soft and somewhat breathable. And we both like the grey color

pants wore very fine, but a few had fronts that came loose. For an item that cost $90 plus, it becomes a concern to stay dry. But I like the product.

Purchased for my elderly father that sometimes can hold urine long enough to get to a bathroom he liked that they felt like actual underwear which makes him feel less incontinant

The Depend Real Fit pullups for men are the best pullups on the market. They are made of nicely padded material. Their best feature, however, is the band around the torso-upper thigh area that, though soft and comfortable, manages to seal in any moisture that might otherwise leak out. My son weighs 240 pounds, but they still hold, and he tosses around in bed at night.

If you have to wear an incontinence product, my husband thinks this one is pretty nice and comfortable and does a good job compared to others he has tried.

I would recommend but not for night wear. I add extra layer of protection and we still leak thru. Wish we had a better choice! But from everything I have tried these work the best so far… I am still trying to find something more absorbing. My husband is 230 pounds and drinks water all day long.. best of luck to each of you!

I did not like the protective stretchy plastic barrier that suppose to keep any overflow leaks from getting on my clothes. Its a must when you have incontinence. However, for me I broke out multiple times from the plastic barrier causing extreme rubbing which caused chafing, infections and discomfort. Had to visit emergecy for the lacerations between my groins and my primary Doctor also to get medicine and ointment. I do not recommend this product if you are tall and active.
