They fit and feel like regular underwear, so quite comfortable for regular daily use in most normal wear situations. I'd recommend them and get them again.

for years we are buying real-fit L-XL, never had problems. the last order however was a mess. over 50% of the underwear was unusable due to the small size. Not sure how that could happen, but there were actually different sizes in the same package. trying now to find a different brand.

I am a bladder cancer survivor and have a neo-bladder. I use this product at night for occasional leaks. The only small issue I have with these is I am about 150 pounds and the S/M could be a bit more snug and the waist is too high. I have tried other similar products but like this one the best.
