Real Fit is comfortable, and leak proof even thru the night. Parten me for saying but I still like the Depends with the three straps on the side like pampers for easier replacement where you do not have to totally remove all your clothing from waist down for a new one.

Fits well for the size and is quite fashionable. Great for odor control as well. Though the bulgy feel is a little odd. This should be made minimalist for better experience.

The odor control was great I used it for long trip with my wife can’t even smell it at all! The comfort felt like I’m wearing my briefs anyways barely noticed I’m wearing it. These are easy for me to get on and the fit is secure. I do have excessive volume and use two additional Depend Guards as inserts when I leave my home, we've nicknamed my dbl.Guards placed inside the Realfit Depends, Astronaut Underwear for a real man! LOL But seriously even if both pads are full you Do Not Smell and that was very important to me.

They have all the protection that you need without being uncomfortable and bulky. They fit amazingly and have a little label to tell you front and back. The price is worth buying them especially because of how they fit and hid the smell of urine. The absorption of these are better than your average undies! Last but not least these are as durable as the hard working hands that need them!

I have always bought Depend briefs exclusively. My paraplegic son uses them. The size he needs is XL; that's what I have always bought. His new health coverage requires us to purchase on line. The only Depend product online in the healthcare website was this L/XL size. I bought only one to try them out. This size was described by my son as a thong type fit. Meaning that this mix of two sizes allows for leakage on Both sides. I will not be buying this again and do not understand why the medical website does not have a simple XL size which fits beautifully. I wasted the $ I spent.

Have purchased several depend diapers & under pads. Got the bed protectors & they work great plus they don't cause a rash with the warmer weather. They stay in place & absorb a lot without causing accidents to change the bed sheet as we had to do with the thinner pads purchased. I will continue to get the bed protectors.

I've been dealing with incontinence for about a year now. Being a 23 year old with incontinence has been a hard road. This product has let me regain my confidence and my wife could hardly tell that I was wearing them. It's made me feel great and the absorbency has been great. It does what I need it to do.
