Bought these for my dad to wear for the night, did not like them at all, he trusted these as first time wearing adult diapers he did not know if it was going to absorb but eventually it did not, I had to buy another mattress topper. I will get more prepared with not just adult diapers but with other things as well. Two stars only great fit. Bought size M my dad is W34.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you for this sample of Depends Real Fit. The package contained 12 underwear. They were comfortable and absorbent. I like that it has 4-in-1 Skinguard because the pants seem to stay drier and are more breathable.

The new version of Real Fit Depends has cheaper quality. The fabric is a disappointment. The fit is much less comfortable than in the previous version. Shame on you, Depends. Do you think men wear your product because they have so many choices and choose you? Do you think they like wearing incontinence products. At the least, you should provide the product that they feel comfortable wearing. Bring back your previous version. I for one would be happy to throw in a couple bucks to buy a decent product. Wife of an unhappy customer who deserves better.

I recntly had prostate surgery and I suffer great discomfort when I sit down. I have tried other briefs and boxer style underpants. Real fit fits the best for me and does not bunch up when I sit down. There are two problems though. One is that I need a size larger than L/XL. These fit a little to tight where it counts. Secondly I don't leak that much, so something with a little to medium absorbancy would be fantastic.

Definitely an upgrade from old pull-ups. They look better and are more underwear like in their fit. Hold a good amount for the slenderness style that they are. Wish that the protection ran a little higher in the front and that the thigh area was better to avoid leaking. Leaks seem to only occur after multiple wettings. Absorption is good and keeps everything dry. Do seem to bulk up more than I anticipated. Overall very positive experience.

While they have some issues (edges tearing or already being torn), he reports that they’re better than many of the diapers and underwear he’s already tried, and they feel closest to wearing “regular underwear” again. They seem to do a good job of controlling odors (I am the caretaker and haven’t noticed anything), and the absorbency is good, depending on how much the person drinks and if they’re urinating often or defecating. I will continue to buy these and use them daily.
