It absorbs leaks really well and helps control the smell. I wore it the whole day and it held up and felt comfortable . I love that it can expand to your needs when you want a really nice feel. My Dad was diagnosed with a terminal illness and ended up needing an incontinence product for both bladder and bowel. These pull up just like real underwear and the color is similar to real underwear as well. My patients and my own father experienced shame with incontinence. This product helps promote CONFIDENCE as well as DIGNITY. I have never seen leakage with this product and I highly recommend (as an RN and an affected family member).
