He said the underwear has thick pad undernearth so it is convenient and confortable for him to wear while in treatment. The only downside is that I wish the outside of the underwear was a bit more soft in texture. It felt too crinkly/crunchy. But they don't rub and they stay in place.

The Real Fit was very comfortable and was a good fit. I found them to be rather warm and caused sweating when it was warm outside. The sweat caused the liner to expand, making them a little tighter. They never bunched up and became uncomfortable though.After a few hours of wear, there was a noticeable odor.

I have purchased depends before but the cost has be a factor in why I had stopped. If it wasn't for that I would have continued using them since they are a quality product.

I have been wearing the Real Fit large pull ups for a couple of days now. Very nice look and comfortable fit for me. I dribble through the day so these work well for me. At night I flood so these would not work as an overnight diaper. I have to go to more reinforcement, so to speek. If someone is light in wetting through the day, these are for you. Give them a try.

Very, very comfortable it's like wearing regular underwear. I don't really feel that it's a diaper style. I have psoriatic arthritis and diabetic neuropathy, so I have some days where I can't get out of bed in this helped me very well they're very durable. It absorbs quite a bit of . It doesn't feel fake. Feels like I'm wearing regular underwear and part of the day. I didn't even feel that I had it on. Does not have smell very pliable and durable.
