This new depend is TERRIBLE, i tried to use it several times now, and i noticed the absorbancy of it decreased quite a bit. I will admit the only good things about this product is breathability, comfortableness and discreteness, but everything else is either below average, or bad! I even am doing a few experiments to know if i am not crazy, and it seems it is true… the depend pull-up (regular) from before seems to only hold around 800ml if you use the entire thing, but with the new depend fresh protection, it only holds around 500ml max! Need more evidence? Depend even shows on the website itself that it shows demonstrations for the pull-up products and i noticed something, in photo #1, it shows how wet the fix flex pull-up before the change, and photo #2 shows the new fresh protection for men, see the difference people? it seems even though it is the EXACT same # of liquid, the fresh protection seems wetter huh? And i do not even need to test anything to know that fresh protection DOES NOT hold 25x its own weight, MAYBE 3x, but that is the heaviest i think it can endure. What i am trying to say is. DISCRETENESS IS NOT EVERYTHING!!! Me and several people agree that depend NEEDS to be more absorbant that it is, and i am not just saying 100ml more, we are saying like 500ml-1000ml more at MINIMUM.

I have been using Woman's Tena S/M 18's on my husband for years because the S/M size fit his slim hip size snugly so he could wear them under jeans. This is why I tried out the Depend Real fit S/M on him for a week so far. I still have to use a Doubleup by Medline (extra long) liner inside for extra protection for him and I didn't like the blue color but the grey was nice. I think we will always keep a couple boxes on hand for dress when he goes out but I still like the Tena S/M because its more snug. Signed his 24/7 caregiver, wife and favourite antagonist :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These diapers almost look like underwear, but they are single use underwear. Basically they have lots of potting to help absorb any leaking and these would work great on anyone who experiences incontinence in their life.

They held up to a 8 hour flight. However I could still smell my own stink but only when I pooped and I got nervous and started to get hot and sweaty.

It’s like wearing an underwear that the elastic band rolls up due to your tummy!! It’s the rolling up that makes it so uncomfortable and has you thinking are they going to fall off am I going to spill over??

And the fit or cut of the leg is much more flattering because it's it's more like a high-cut or brief pair of underwear.

The absorbent pad in the product does not go back very far, rendering the product useless in any position aside from standing. It's an alright product if you have minor leakage and don't spend most of your day seated or lying down.
