[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While they are effective, I find them a bit bulky under tighter clothing. If you wear looser pants, it’s not an issue, but they could be designed to be slimmer. That said, they are still a good option for those who need heavy protection.

I’ll start with the good things. It was very comfortable to wear and very discreet. Infact, I often forgot I was wearing it. No one else even seemed to notice either. Now the bad. It did not hold very much at all. I could wet it once, maybe twice. But I really had to think about using it a third time because I knew it would leak all over the place and cause me much embarrassment. I wish there had been padding all the way up the back to make me feel safer when it was full. It is also not very comfortable when it is wet. It feels very wet and slimy. They were worth a try, but I ended up being just as worried about having wet pants as if I wasn’t wearing them at all.

Urine is retained and keeps the skin dry, controlling odor very discreetly they have rapid absorption and odor control maximum durability .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only change I saw with Real-Fit over Fit-Flex was the added elastic in the legs and waste bands. In my opinion this was not an improvement since the leg bands made it more difficult to get access to go when standing. In my opinion there was no improvement to prevent leaking when a reasonable amount was excreted.

Never thought I would have to use products like these at least not at 27. I was diagnosed with prostatitis which caused me to leak and sometimes have issues while sleeping. This product saved my life when it came to still doing things at work and living life as normal without having to worry about wetting myself and having an embarrassing situation on my hands. I had used Depends shields before for small dribbles and leaks that I have had in the past but using these was a pleasant experience. Thank you Depend for offering a great product and I will continue to use your products because it seems I will be having leakage issues for the foreseeable future but with Depend I never have to change anything about my life or stop what I enjoy doing.
