They are very comfortable but very durable. With having Chrons disease, these are going to be a godsend. No one even noticed that I was wearing a diaper.

While they have some issues (edges tearing or already being torn), he reports that they’re better than many of the diapers and underwear he’s already tried, and they feel closest to wearing “regular underwear” again. They seem to do a good job of controlling odors (I am the caretaker and haven’t noticed anything), and the absorbency is good, depending on how much the person drinks and if they’re urinating often or defecating. I will continue to buy these and use them daily.

He finally was convinced to try depends for men & was impressed at how absorbent & breathable they were. He also liked that they felt like regular underwear and was able to wear them out of the house and not feel self conscious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cut a slot in the front of them in order to get my penis out when wearing jeans or pants with small zipper area. This way I don't have to go into a stall and take my pants down in order to pee (which takes longer). In the pouch area, I measure two inches below the start of the pouch and then cut a four inch slice with scissors parallel with the waste band. The way they come folded, there is actually a fold at the spot to cut. Works great. Any leaks begin below this location so I have had no leaks where the cut is made. Maybe depends could add this feature? I also agree, I wish they would absorb a little more. But with my solution I can generally avoid a big spill, but not always.
