While I say it is great clock, but it does not display day, instead displays Waxing Gibb. I want days to be displayed as shown in the picture.

A previous La Crosse model has battery & wall power which allows for night time lighting. This one does not. The plastic case has a knock out for a connector but it is not used.

It is easy to see from anywhere in the room, but it wasn't instinctive to set the outdoor temperature part. The large size makes reading it from a distance easy from even the other room!

Clock is great for very lighted rooms. Wish it had brighter digits to see in low lighting. We must keep a bright light on in the room to read the display.
