I absolutely love this litter! It does a great job with clumping and odors. I definitely can tell it has less litter dust, which is huge! I love the great deal with the 38lb packaging and it's great to have 4 separate bags for lifting. My only issue is the lack of ability to read the codes on the bottom of the plastic. It would be much, much better if it was printed on the cardboard.

When I seen they got new litters I was excited to try them out since my cats love freshstep but unfortunately this litter is overbearing and strong, it engulfs the whole room in the scent and my cats had "Freshstep perfume" on the lasted even after the box was gone. It also stated a lower dust formula but as soon as I started pouring the product in the litter box I was surrounded by a dust cloud. It does clump very well and keeps the odor locked in but I don't think I will be buying this anymore unless its the only thing available.

Got this Febreze one to try as my usual one was out of stock at the retailer. I was worried it might have an overpowering smell. The cats don't like a lot of scent in the litter. They did not seem to reject it which is great. I liked the lower dust that made a huge difference for me as I don't like sneezing from the dust. Want to thanks Fresh Step for the amazing litter yet again and an alternate to our usual Unscented Extreme we buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like Fresh Step Extreme. The scrnt of febrreze is a refreshing scent compared to smelling what the cat may leave behind. I like the box it came in because it was easy to carry and it made it easy to get out and to see what os left. I perfer the box to a bag anyday just because bags seem to rip or get punctured somehow. I like the quality of Fresh Step Extreme litter. I also feel that it isn't overpriced and that it works really well. I will keep recommending Fresh Step to my friends with cats

I was worried that my boys wouldn't like the Febreeze fresh scent but it didn't phase them. Someone stopped by my place and didn't realize that the litter box was behind her...now that's fresh!

I've tried so many different litters and I couldn't find the right one. I have three cats so they quickly make the room smell. I tried Fresh Step because of its use of febreeze to eliminate smell. And it works amazingly! It still smells fresh. It really is 10 day guaranteed fresh scented litter.

The dust in the old formula was too much for me but I don't like any other brand for odor control, and, boy! am I happy I hung in. This new formula is virtually dist free (very small amounts) and odor control is even better. I love this improvement.

This is the best cat litter in my opinion. I have 3 cats (and I foster kittens all the time) and no one realizes I even own a cat until they seem them walking around the house. Our hose smells like a normal home, not cat odor at all thanks to this amazing litter! I have tried a variety of litter (from the walnut litter, to different brands) and I always come back to Fresh Step, I recommend it to everyone!
