I have been buying the Scented Odor Shield litter for the past four years and have loved it! Unfortunately when I went to buy more I was told that it had been discontinued due to the new Febreze line. So...I ended up buying Odor Shield with Febreze instead. Hugely disappointing! The is a much messier litter that requires constant cleanup AND the scent is much stronger as well, so much in fact that just being in the same room with it would set off my allergies! This may be a new product, but it is definitely NOT an improved one. Please bring back Scented Odor Shield without the Febreze!!!!!

This litter cuts the odor, doesn't leave a dust trail, and is easy to scoop. Definitely can't go wrong with Fresh Step!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fresh step kitty litter is actually very nice. Pleasent smell, easy to scoop, and ONE of my cats likes it. The other is a picky cat and he only likes special kitty kitty litter. He still uses it so no complaints here! He just has something to say about it. Maybe it is the smell though. I got the extreme kind. I will have to try one with less fragrance. Overall 5 stars from me personally but 4 from my kitty.

I am very pleased with this kitty litter. My current cat is the first indoor cat we've had and I have a thing about trying to ensure that we have the most unstinky litter box possible. I love that this litter both clumps and smells great. My girl seems to like it also. It keeps her clean and dry and the new Febreeze scent seems to not just mask any unpleasant smell, but to completely remove it. Give this litter a try and you won't be disappointed!

No more huge cloud of dust billowing up as I pour the granules into their box. I have 7 cats, so clean litter, multiple boxes is a given in my home. The new formula continues the great odor fighting qualities - now with minimal dust! Thank you!

I bought this because the litter I used before stopped being made. I'm not a huge fan of this one, I'd rather have the old kind back but the febreze smell is nice. I still think there is a lot of dust with this litter. Also, it doesn't clump the best.

I clean the litter box every day, but only have to change the litter once every 4 weeks. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has a cat. It's the best.

I bought Fresh Step litters before and they weren’t too back. I bought the Extreme and Fresh Paws this week and I will never buy it again. I may as well use a bag of cement. I have never had this hard of a time cleaning litter from the box as I do with this. It should come wit a jack hammer!

fresh step is the only liter I use after trying other brands years and years ago. Now that the dust is even lower and the freshness with the febrezze I don't mind doing the cat boxes at all. whenever I have company they cant believe I have 4 indoor cats cause that don't smell nothing but good.Great job Fresh Step.
