I have 4 cats & two litter boxes so we go through a lot of litter each month. Would like your brand to manufacture pellets to keep litter in the box & out of the cats paws. Litter comes off their paws & is dragged all over the house. I have to vacuum every day so as not to scratch new wood floors.

I use Fresh Step Extreme (now with Febreeze) litter because it performs as described. It is economical because it does not have to be completely changed out as often as other brands of litter. For my multi-cat household, this is important. To me, the Febreeze scent is a positive improvement because it provides long lasting odor control without a strong perfume scent. My cats are the ultimate decision makers and they prefer Fresh Step. Since I'm the litter box maintenance person, I am glad they prefer FreshStep. Less odor. Less Mess. Less Cost.

Ever since they changed to the febreeze line and lower dust, this litter is useless. I've been using the original extreme line for years because my house didn't smell like cat urine and feces. All the stores around me only carry the febreeze or the unscented lines. Neither one can control the scent. I only have two cats, and the smell is overwhelming my house now. The clumping isn't nearly as good, so it's really hard to clean the box. If one cat urinates near another previous urine spot between cleanings, they all stick together in a huge mass because it doesn't clump as good as before. It's really disappointing that I had to switch to a different brand that clumps better while I try to find the original extreme or triple action lines in a store. I'll probably have to resort to shopping online which is disappointing.

I have two large cats, 11 and 16 pounds and Fresh Step litter is by far the best I've used. I love the Extreme litter as the odor is always controlled and as with all the Fresh Step clumping litters the clumps are strong and rarely fall apart. Thanks much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cat litter is amazing, we had been using a pet shop brand that I was finding myself changing the entire litter box every like 3 days now it's smelling fresh for up to two weeks (with a daily scooping out!) I'm very impressed and will be sticking to Fresh Step !!

The fragrance was lacking, and the cats didn't seem to care for this type of litter. There was very low dust which was great. I just think the brand we use regularly was better than this one.

While I was in the hospital a friend thought she was doing me a favor (Saving some money) and bought a different brand... the instant I entered my home I knew. There is no comparison... Fresh Step is the only litter I will ever use. My friend agreed that the $.50 savings is not worth the smell in your home. She changed her brand to Fresh Step!!!!!

I loved the scent, so we tried it. My cat immediately went into her box, checking out the new Febreze scented littler. She dug around, and she has had not issues. She loves it! A win-win in our household!

Prior to switching we spent a great deal of time keeping the litter pan clean, but with the Extreme formula it’s so much easier. Low to no dust, no overwhelming urine smell, and great clumping. I highly recommend it to anyone in a multi cat home.
