[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Fresh Step brands of litter exclusively and try different ones when they change. This one is very good, w/ a great scent that is not over powering (I am thankful my guys do not take exception to scented litter!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been purchasing this litter for over 4 years now. Fresh Step has always been my "go to" litter. I like this specific litter carton because it keeps the litter and house smelling fresh. I have four cats who are happy with this litter as well.

I have 2 older kittie sisters. Therebi is never a "cat smell" in my home, not even in their room! The clumps are solid and don't fall apart when scooping and it doesn't track badly. To yop it all, it is low dust. A really terrific product, like all the Fresh Step Litters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used Fresh Step for over 20 years. Thought this would be good new product to use as we have two cats. One of our cats has very sensitive skin and broke out. She scratched, itched, bit, pulled her fur out, had open sores, and scabs everywhere. She would not use the litter box or come near it. Instead I found her using our shower for all her business. Once we got a new litter box, went back to the original Fresh Step we have used for years, she slowly started used it again, her skin is slowly healing, and getting better.

This is one of the best cat litters I have ever bought! I clean my box twice a day, and it still has that freshness. I only have two cats, it it smells like I don't have any! I am now going to try the new Aloha kind and compare! The only problem I have is it doesn't clump that great! I have to scrap the bottom pretty hard.

I adopted two kitties in May and while researching the best litter to use, I came across Freshstep Extreme with Febreze. Febreze is already popular in our household so I was pretty confident we would be pleased with it. The litter isnt strongly scented but it is powerful enough to withstand the business of two cats. This is incredibly important because we currently have the litter tray in the living room due to the size of our apartment. We have had multiple people over who say “you have cats? It doesnt smell like you have cats”. We attribute that to cleaning the box daily and using this litter. The size you receive for the price is decent. I only took away one star because it says the litter is “dust free” but I have gotten many a face full of dust when changing the litter

I live in a small home so the smell of a litter box is definately noticeable if not controlled. I had tried various other brands, but this Fresh Step with Febreze is just amazing! I smell nothing at all, even if the litter box is full!!! Though it says extreme it is not an overpowering smell that would be harsh for my kitten and she really took to it as well!! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to eliminate any litter box odors that may linger.

I've found over the years, since I first owned cats in 2002, that I prefer Fresh Step litter over all other litter brands. With multiple cats in our household, I enjoy the Extreme the best. The 10 days of freshness is pretty accurate. There is low dust, but I wish that the amount of tracking was less. It's must better than lightweight formula's, even though you don't get the lightweight benefit, but I really wish there was a way to reduce tracking more. The clumping is great - urine clumps together well unlike some other brands.

I have two cats and this really does the job. The lower dust is great - a noticeable difference. I had to replace a blower on my furnace and the furnace guy said it failed because it was from all the dust from the litter. The new formula seems to control the odor for longer. Lovin' it!!
