We went to a local pet shop that opened up and they sold the Extreme litter, not the Fresh Step variety we usually get at the big box store but decided to give it a try. We've 4 litter boxes but only 2 cats (one of them is like an open faucet). This litter works well in the automatic boxes and the manual ones. The odor is really minimized. Great stuff. Will buy again with confidence!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a long time since I've used fresh step cat litter. And I'm glad I got to try out this product once again. I'm not I'd switch back to this brand because 8t is quite dusty and it's closing power isn't the best, however keeping the odors at Bay is where this product shines. Tracking amount is still the same as my other litter as well as it occasionally sticking to the box and scoop, that's more of my cats fault really. But over all it's a nice litter, dusty but does the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Fresh Step. It is the only litter that I have found that keeps the smell of 4 cats under control and is a good clumper. Easy to scoop, too. The only negative thing I can say is that the dust bothers my allergies so I have to be careful. That doesn't stop me from using it though! I did not receive free product as this states though...it wouldn't let me unclick yes.

I have asthma and I have trouble with many litters so I was skeptical to even try the new Febreze formula. My cat Gabby also got a little cough sometimes as well after using her litterbox. I immediately noticed the lack of dust clouds and I didn't have to hold my breath, and even better, Gabby's cough is completely gone! She could be considered finicky and she had no problem switching to the new scent at all. And the clumping factor? The fastest and tightest clumps I've ever used, and Gabby has some smelly bathroom visits sometimes and it is completely neutralised right away. Thank you Fresh Step! The new Extreme clumping litter with Febreze is the absolute best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried other brands of litter and Fresh Step seems to work better than the rest. Great odor elimination and reliable clumping. The newer Febreeze litter seems to be slightly less dusty, and I do favor the regular clumping litter over the lightweight varieties.

I love cats. My husband would not let us have a cat unless we promised to keep it inside the house only. I was VERY leary of the whole cat litter thing because of the odor. After much research and asking fellow cat lovers about their cat litter, I decided to give Fresh Step a try. I love love love love this brand. I scoop out daily and add as needed. You would NEVER know that we had a cat in our home. Especially a strictly indoor cat.

I like it because I have one who does not cover his waste but the scent of the litter masked it until I was able to clean the box.

Fresh Step is the way to go if managing odor in your house is a priority. This is the most reliable product I have found for littler issues and three active cats! It quashes the smell almost instantly and makes cleaning the box a breeze...or as close as we can come to one!
