I have purchased this on multiple occasions - whenever it's available - because I have multiple cats and I was constantly fighting odors. The litterbox is in the bathroom which is a small room so it didn't take long for the odor to permeate the room. Extreme with Fabreze helps me get the upper hand with that battle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I USE ABOUT AN INCH OF THIS LITTER UNDER MY CRYSTAL LITTER FOR IT'S CLUMPING EFFECT WITH LIQUID WASTE. THE CRYSTAL LITTER IS IDEAL ODOR CONTROL AND THIS IS EXCELLANT CLUMPING. I GET THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS.IT IS ALSO IDEAL TO USE WITH MY CAT WITH CHRONIC RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS DUE TO ALMOST NO DUST. FRESH LITTER IS ALL I WILL EVER ALLOW IN MY 6 CAT HOUSEHOLD.

I like the scent of this litter. Cat doesn't mind it either as I switch between different varieties of your clumping litter. The box stated it was a "lower dust formula" but as far as I am concerned, there was more dust than other kinds I've used (without Febreeze). An unpleasant surprise to be sure but once it settled there were no problems.

This is by far the best, and my personal favorite when it comes to scent. I know scent can bother cats, but this covers any and all odors. You'd never know I have cats when I'm using this particular scent. It's pleasant in my opinion. Fresh Step makes the best litters and I'll never buy another brand. I've tried many brands over the years and nothing else compares.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My friend told me "try Fresh Step and then try the other litters, and you'go back to Fresh Step, you'll see." Boy, was he right. I tried the less expensive litters, and switched right back to Fresh Step. It may be a little more expensive, but definitely worth it. People tell me they can't smell any litter box odors when they come to my house. It clumps very well, so I wind up scooping up less litter, which saves me money. Fresh Step is the BEST litter out there, hands down!

This is so not the litter I have used for over 10 years. I am so disappointed in the change. The oder control is a negative and after a few uses in Litter Box by cat, the oder from cat is so noticeable. I use fresh step liners as well. This was not the case with this Fresh Step years ago. Clorox needs to re-think this and go back to the original Fresh Step with great order controI. Has such a tiny amount of blue Crystals that control oder. This "Fabreze" Fresh Step does not work and I had to purchase an additional bottle of Fresh Step Litter Box Deodorizing Crystals to shake over the Fresh Step Extreme Fabreze in cat box, to get the cat oder down. It appears Clorox has cut back on there Crystals that control oder in Fresh Step Extreme. Is Clorox now asking consumer to purchase a bag of Crystals to sprinkle over the cat litter to offset their cutback? How sad that this is no longer what it once was and the ratio of crystal to litter has diminished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I no longer have to completely replace my cat litter. With the febreze extreme I found that scooping regularly and refilling has significantly reduced full replacement of litter in my cats boxes. The scent remains fresh and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still can smell the litter box by the end of the day and when adding litter there is a smelly dust cloud that lingers for a while. Lots of tracking. Not the worst litter I have used, but not the best.
