I bought a box of Fresh Step With Febreze to try, even if it did cost more, thinking Febreze would be a solution for the usual morning run on the litter box and the concomitant effluvium therefrom. Sorry, but I could not tell any difference between Fresh Step With Febreze and Fresh Step Unscented. Both clump well but as far as odor reduction is concerned, save your money and buy a can of Febreze spray. My cats were not put off by the different litter, so that is good. Your mileage may vary, but I was generally unimpressed.

It was great in controlling odor and had very little dust when changing it. I hate products with tons of dust or fragrance so this really worked for us. I didn’t feel as though I had to change it constantly, just scoop it out daily. When I did change it, it came out of the box easily without a ton stuck to the sides of the litter box. I didn’t have to wear a mask like I usually do when changing lol. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with kitties. A+

I really like the new packaging. It makes it easier to see how much litter I have left as well. Extreme scent does a wonderful job as usual for my 3 litter boxes. Clumping is still so much better than other brands. My only complaint is now there is so much plastic waste.

It was a trial and error process for us, until we've discovered this product, which solves and make our cats comfortable with their boxes. And a worry free and odor free home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box was very difficult to open and then it doesn’t reseal. I like the plastic containers better or one with a bag inside the box. It did scoop easily and had a pleasant scent. It wasn’t dusty or overpowering.

When I adopted him I purchased Freshstep, WoW what a difference. Teddy and I are very happy with the results!!!

Both myself and my cat love this. It smells amazing and it clumps perfectly. I have the litter box in my bathroom and since I began using this litter, I haven't had to use an air freshener. The Febreze in it is just that potent. The only thing I don't much care for is the cost. When I am crunching my finances, I can get another brand double the amount in this for only a few dollars more than what this costs. The difference between the litters being the duration of odor control, Fresh Step lasting about a week longer.

They are constantly upgrading and making the litter better with less mess, multi-cat litter, better scents and now a less messy litter which I'm looking forward to trying! In all of these years not one person has ever walked into our house and said that it smells like cats! An excellent product!
