I've bought this formula several times now, although it's not my usual formula I normally buy from fresh step due to the store at which I stopped was out of stock of my normal purchase, it worked out well and actually think it works just as good. Low tracking, great smelling [even after a day or so of not scooping....dont judge ;-)]. The only complaint I have is that it's actually a tad bit more dust than my normal purchase. Still worth every penny bcuz of the power it has to hide the smells.

I have been using Fresh Step for 25+ years and it is the only litter I will use. Then came the Extreme Scented Litter with Febreze, which I really like. With 2 active cats, it really does fight the odors of the litter box, which they both use. I will always continue to use this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the brand I have always bought, it has superior clumping and I switched and nether my cat nor me liked it, he showed his dislike by raking most of it into the floor so I dumped all of it in the trash and went and bought the Fresh Step that I had always used except I saw the box with Febreze in it and both my cat and me likes it, it smells great and much less dust, my cat did not rake it into the floor, so I won't be changing again.....

I have 2 adult cats. I buy liter about every 2 weeks. I love fresh step because it clumps so well and does cover odors when my stinky cats actually cover it! my sister buys another well known brand and I absolutely hate it. it does don't clump at all and that makes it so hard to clean her kitties liter box.

I've always been a fan of this cat litter because there is not residual after smell of dirty litter; this litter, after being used, still has a clean smell to it. And it's low dust which is nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our cat has diabetes and therefore uses her litter box a lot. This is the only product that is able to clump well enough. It keeps odor to a minimum and now that the dust has been reduced, it is a lot better when pouring it into the litter box.

Often times I found having the higher amounts of dust better able to control the smells, tho I never appreciated how much dust settled on everything around the pan

I have used this for my cats for a long, long, long time - through many kitties. The formula is different. I poured it in and it is very dark gray and beyond dusty. Please change back to the original as I am now searching for my new litter. The bag is also gray now just like the new dark color of the litter when it used to be a blue bag and has japanese or chinese or some kind of other language all over it. I really hope this is a mistake and the 4 blue bags come back in the 38 pound pack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to try with our 3 rescue cats. We have a small house and only have 3 litter boxes- 2 in our laundry room and 1 in our bathroom. We lock our newest cat in the bathroom to eat his meals, and his litterbox can get a little stinky with the door shut. With Fresh Step Extreme, if life gets hectic and we fall behind on changing litter, this helps keep odors at bay.
