I've been a Fresh Step user for years, and the new Febreze formulas have really taken it up a notch. They have way less dust, and there is no odor at all even after a couple days of not scooping. I sometimes forget to scoop now because there's no odor. When people come into my house, they are surprised that I have cats and say it's because there is "no smell.". I used the Extreme with Febreze for about 3 months. It smells great when you first change the litter, but after a few hours you can really smell the box. It's not as dusty as other brands I've used and it does have a more pleasant smell. The clumps also seem to hold better than other products I've used.

Fresh Step is the way to go if managing odor in your house is a priority. This is the most reliable product I have found for littler issues and three active cats! It quashes the smell almost instantly and makes cleaning the box a breeze...or as close as we can come to one!

When I seen they got new litters I was excited to try them out since my cats love freshstep but unfortunately this litter is overbearing and strong, it engulfs the whole room in the scent and my cats had "Freshstep perfume" on the lasted even after the box was gone. It also stated a lower dust formula but as soon as I started pouring the product in the litter box I was surrounded by a dust cloud. It does clump very well and keeps the odor locked in but I don't think I will be buying this anymore unless its the only thing available.

I tried this because i have a Bengal who is a stink bomb and a 15 lb blk panther who is very food motivated hence needing the extreme scented litter with the power of febreze and it works so well to cover up the stink bombs left behind!!! I clean their boxes twice daily but with this stuff you never smell their mess anymore!

I have tried so many cat litters before this one and was always disappointed with the smell after a day or so. I have been using Fresh Step Extreme and it is the best cat litter I have every used. I can go without changing cat litter every two weeks.

I bought the frebreze freshness awhile back and really liked it. Then one time I was not paying attention and got one without! As soon as my cat used the litter box I knew something was different. Now I always double check to be sure I got the frebreze freshness. It really keeps the order under control!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had planned a large get together and i didn't want to worry about the cat odor. So i changed to this and when i had my party some of my guess didn't even notice i had cats untill they walked into room. That turned out to be a great relief.
