[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this kitty litter. Over the past 2 years I've tried many different ones and by far this is my favorite!! Very little tracking, my home doesn't smell like a litter box and Cookie has been using the litter pan everytime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats are pretty stinky when in their boxes. I have tried Tidy Cats (no clumping), the higher end brands, and now finally Fresh Step Extreme! I love it because all the other litters left a lingering odor, and the cats made a constant mess around the house. The clumping stays in the box (for the most part), and the odor goes away within 10-20 min, so my house doesn't smell. Also, no dust!!! Even better! Thank you Fresh Step!

I've been using Fresh Step Extreme for about four years now, and it can't be beaten for odor control. I've tried other brands and formulas and have always regretted straying from my Fresh Step Extreme! I'll never waste money trying another brand again. Always pleased with its perfromance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a coupon from Pinchme for $10 off Fresh Step cat litter. I normally use the Arm & Hammer brand but decided to try this out. I got the Extreme Febreeze Odor elminator. It does what it says. I can go on day 2 with minimal odor. I do like that it helps keep the odor of the box to almost nothing. Only problem is this type of litter tracks and sticks to his paws. I have a main coon and his fur between his toes is always catching the litter and I find it in my carpet. Arm and hammer brand is good at keeping tracking litter to almost none but it doesn't do anything for the smell. If this brand can come up with this odor eliminator and low tracking (sand like texture) this would be the perfect product.

I've tried so many different cat litters over the years and Freshstep with Febreeze is the ONLY one that actually does what it says! I live in a small apartment with my cat Effy and the litterbox is in the hall in a closet (door always left open) and I can't stand when you can smell a litter box. This litter doesn't have a overwhelming litter smell so my cat doesn't smell like litter and my apartment doesn't smell like a cat box! Thank you Fresh Step!!

Excellent clumping and very good odor control. Have tried several brands, always come back to Fresh Step. I have 3 cats....and 3 litter boxes --- but they share of course!!! They have their 'favorite'. Even in the one that gets used the most, the litter clumping and is removed easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this litter is brilliant. my mum and i were talking about the litter as i was scooping my little girl's box, and before i knew it, i took a HUGE whiff right up close and personal to the litter....a second or two later, my mum and i were dying of laughter as we both realized i just sniffed cat leftovers!! like, "why exactly did i just do that?? i know i was proving a point, but..." it was great.

To be honest, I have tried other slightly cheaper brands of cat litter BUT my two cats have made it known they prefer Fresh Step to any other brand. If I dare to bring in any other brand, they will turn away and refuse to use the litter box. Only when I use Fresh Step will they use the box.

I can honestly say that it worked well in my home. It controlled odor, and clumped nicely, so the litter box was easy to clean. The kitties didn't mind the scent of the litter (it's not overpowering). The tracking of litter out of the box appeared to be about equal with what I have experienced with other brands. One note, this litter is a bit costly, so watch for sales.

Fresh Step Extreme is more expensive than many other national brands. So, I tried to save money trying other brands and discovered nothing comes close to Fresh Step w/Febreze. I ended up using more litter of the cheaper brands just to keep the smell at bay. Even though Fresh Step is a little more expensive it by-far works much better than any of the other products I tested.
