I have been using this litter for many years with my two cats. They like it and I love how well it clumps and prevents odors. I'm a bit lazy when it comes to cleaning their litter boxes (2) and only clean them twice a week and have never had problems with odor.

I bought this last month , I had decided to change litters because mine wasnt doing it for me and I couldn't decide but noticed there were only 3 of these boxes left on the shelf so as I saw a couple grab one I asked them what they like about it they said their guest couldn't tell they even had a cat. Well that wasnt the case with me I could smell it and the litter sticks to his box i have to scrape it out it's horrible

I'm definitely sold on this product. Not only is it easier to buy in bulk so u don't need to run to the store once a week but u save money buying it in bulk. Definitely recommend it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I love Fresh Step and it is all I use, both of my cats (male and female) have issues with UTIs since this change - this often happens to cats when switching kitty litters, and this includes when the formula of the brand used changes as in this case. And yes, they have each had a UTI. Since I feel there is no odor issue with Fresh Step and is why I stick with the brand, I would prefer to see more unscented litters based upon cats' generally having issues with change and UTIs. I appreciate you thinking about this request.

The first time I tried this litter, my mother in law gave it to me. Said she had purchased it accidentally and used unscented so I gladly accepted. We have eight cats and we foster but every cat must have their own box, so there’s a dedicated litter box room. I kept thinking my husband was up cleaning in the middle of the night because it smelled so good. But, nope, there he was in bed, snoring away next to me. It’s great stuff. Perfect for multicat households and we use the Luuup litter boxes and this clumps perfectly.

I love it because it is so convenient that you can split the package in 4 and storage and handle it very easy. I think FS still needs to work out in the dusting because the litter still create a lot of dust. Clumping effect is perfect.

I have 3 cats and an over sized litter box. So odoer control is a huge issue for me. This does the job without having every other piece of furniture in my home (from the cats walking on it) smell of cat litter either. The tracking isn't all the that bad either. Def my go to for cat litter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a faithful Fresh Step user. I've tried other brands, but always come back to Fresh Step. I hides the odors between routine litter changes. Low dust, compared to previous versions. I've never been unhappy using Fresh Step!

I was using another brand but I switched back to Fresh Step which has been really great. I went to purchase litter one day but the store was out of the kind I usually buy. The only box they had was the Extreme w/ Febreze so got it just to try it out. The scent is so overpowering that when I set up, sift or refill the box, everyone in the house starts to gag or gasp for air, including the cat. Please use a lot less of whatever is that scent, a little goes a long way. The box packaging is nice for tight spaces but I don't care for the pour opening, or how I have to stab at the box to open it.
