I'm already a huge fan of FresStep litter, but am even more so now. The addition of Febreeze really made a great difference, it blocks odors so well. We just had a houseful of guests, no one could tell we had cats, or where the litter box was located. Thank you FreshStep!

My cat is very messy when it comes to using the litter box and I find when using this product I am not finding litter all over the floor, there is no smell, and it clumps together nicely for easy clean up. I would definitely recommend this litter to anyone who is looking for a great all around litter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I must admit, we haven't tried every litter in the world, yet! Timeframe: We've been using this litter for just over a month. Pros: + Very absorbent. I think it is more absorbent than the clay litter. Every dribble forms it's own little clump. + Very soft. I don't know if "silky" is the right term, but that's the word that comes to mind. + Cats took to it immediately, not that they didn't take to other litters, also. I just thought I'd mention it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I works fine, I don't think i controlled the smell as great as I'd hope it would and the dust was a bit much for me when cleaning it. But the first 2 days it did well. This is a product that is hard to please many because each cat parent is different in what they and the cats like.

I have been using Fresh Step Extreme scented litter for a long time, and I can say that this product completely prevents any odor from emanating from my cats' litter boxes. I have two Maine Coons each with one litter box and Fresh Step is completely effective.

I have tried other litters only to come back to Fresh Step. All of the others do little to help hide the odors that cats produce. I usually clean the litter box daily but if I let it go for an extra day its definitely noticeable with other cat litters. With Fresh Step I could go several days if my cat would let me without meowing like a spoiled kid so I guess we are both happy with it.

Fresh Step Extreme Scented We have been using this product several times & it is great. Great clumping = easy cleaning. The scent is a bit overwhelming @ 1st. But it soon dissipates and there is NO lingering ammonia odor. Makes all my Furry Friends & I Happy Cats!

I bought this because it said it had lower dust and that was something I wanted. I didn't really notice that it had less dust, maybe some, but there was still plenty of dust when poured out. But the thing I really really dislike is the scent. It is overpowering and I will not be buying this product again because of it. I will be looking for something lower dust that is unscented. I rated it as low odor control because at times, I still smelled the cat waste but also the overpowering scent. Trying to drown out the scent with another scent doesnt' work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this litter assuming it would be a low dust litter because of it saying so on the box, but it's not. I poured it into the new litter box, and a dust cloud was everywhere. I will not purchase it again.
