I have 2 cats adn have had as many as 5 and there is no comparison to other litters. Another plus is that it doesn't have the dust residue that other litters seem to have when you scoop them....

I lived in an rv for about two and a half years, we switched to this litter for our cat, so we didnt have to smell the litter box in such a small place. Clumps so amazingly, doesnt miss a spot. Makes cleaning super duper easy, and never smells even when you scoop! My rats love it too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love FreshStep litter. It manages odors well, clumps well, isn't too dusty, etc. I prefer the unscented variety, however. The perfumed versions are very strong and I can smell the fragrance clinging to my cats' fur. They groom and ingest the perfume/fragrance, so I prefer the unscented--for my allergies and their health!

I went ahead and purchased it thinking maybe it would work better than my Multi Cat. Extreme scented actually did not fight the oder as my Multi Cat litter does. Maybe if only one cat was to use it would be a stronger oder fighter but I prefer Multi Cat. I actually received a bag of Crystals from a friend and I think thats my new choice.
