Great second smart TV for the bedroom! Colours are vibrant and crisp. Excellent viewing experience from all angles and so easy to set up. We already have a larger Samsung smart TV in the living room and love it so when the time came to replace the old Sony Bravia dumb TV in the bedroom we went out and bought another Samsung.

Amazing features just what I was looking for. It also saved space on my Xbox in terms of no longer having Disney+, Netflix, etc on there. I would recommend this tv to anyone looking for a new one and also really enhances both shows, movies and video games

Easy set up and everything I want in a new tv. Amazing picture (has 4 different settings and I was happy to have the “movie” setting and great sound. Remote is easy to navigate because it makes sense. Added all of the many apps I wanted and can quickly access them on the home page. I am very happy with my purchase and tv watching has become a joy again.

Does not let you add any more applications from Playstore. The operating system is not android and hence whatever applications it suggests and are pre-installed are pretty much what you could work with. If you need any other additional apps you would have to invest in a casting unit which would do the work even in a non-smart tv

It is a nice Tv good picture, Works a little better once you get use to it, 1 downfall is the Usb port won`t work and with a closer look the little tab is broke, not very happy, trying to contact people now a day should be easy but not in this case, Plus Xmas is around the corner and I don`t want my Tv sitting for the next Mth or 2 in the shop, Tv wasn`t is 2 wks old when I first tried it,

Nice picture and functionality, but there were 2 things that my old 2018 Samsung TV was doing better: 1) It could play pretty much any video format. Now lots of my old videos do not play anymore. Usually it works the other way - newer TVs have more capabilities, not less. 2) We watch a lot of videos and movies using a USB stick. The old TV was doing a quick preview with several frames from the movie when you select a file. And if tit's a season with multiple episodes you could find the one where you stopped. Now it's one still image which cannot tell you much. And it's not playing from where you stopped watching last time anymore. The old TV did that! I've almost returned it, but it's pretty big, doesn't fit in my car and that was pretty much the only reason why I kept it. My whole family wanted to get some other TV instead.

The TV worked fine for one day. The next day it wouldn't pick up anything on the internet like my Netflix, Prime or YouTube. I did everything their tech department suggested buy nothing worked, not even a hard reset. I finally had to hook up my Roku to it to get everything to work again. Apparently this is a huge issue with this TV after I did some research I found a lot of people had the same problem. I've had the TV now for 2 months and it seems to work fine with the Roku, but I'm not totally happy with this purchase and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know.

For myself it took me a little bit of time to get used to the Crystal screen, at first things did not look real I was almost going to take it back but I told myself it may take a bit of time so stick with it a little longer so I say “don't give up on it, it may take some time before things look as they should.”

It's Been a few months now, and for some reason out of the blue I'm having connection problems, apps are slow, while on other tvs in the house it's fine. I also wish there was a way to pause Autoplay when you turn on your tv, when you turn it on it will start playing Samsung tv, and I'm like, whoa settle down. I also wish you could delete apps you don't use that are predownloaded. The picture is great, I fell in love right away, but those are some issues I wish were fixed

Great TV nice clarity, colour, black levels and good smart interface. Currently using as a computer monitor which provides me with clear typesets which was what my main purpose to the TV was. It replaces a 1080p Samsung which was also a good set but wanted clearer type. My old samsung was reliable and hope this one will be as well.
