We love the picture and the clarity. The apps it has in it are great we use them all and enjoy quite a bit on Samsung TV. Added the Samsung sound bar and sub great sound when watching movies or sports. We are very happy with our purchase the TV we had before this was also a Samsung had it for 9 years something went wrong but got it fixed for under 250 and gave it to our granddaughter. TV worked amazing at first no problems ever. I've had it for 2 years. Two days ago, out of nowhere, my tv froze and a black blob appeared on the screen, and proceeded to spread throughout the entire screen, before shutting off. I haven't been able to turn it back on since. If I leave it plugged in it turns itself off/on over and over, but it doesn't fully turn on, it jus lights up a little before turning off. I've had no damage occur to it, it still has the plastic on from when I first opened it.

Took forever just to get it set up to go back to TV when I turn it back on. Lose stations at certain times? It'll delete them. And of course Samsung refuses to add manual tuning at the RF level. Makes me think that they are afraid of the quality of their tuner. Often the remote can't keep up with me, meaning it goes somewhere totally other than I intended. Exit now takes you home now and it's hard to get back to broadcast. And why in the world do the channel numbers appear on the right midway up sometimes and others at the bottom left when changing channels in Samsung TV Plus?

Bought this TV 2 years ago as a TV for my bedroom, I rarely watch TV in my bedroom and the first year and a half I maybe turned it on for a total of 5 hours, in the last 6 months I started using more often and average about 2-3 hours a day 3-4 times a week. It is now in a constant shutdown and restart mode and I can't even get the screen to stay on past the Samsung Smart TV screen. I have tried the unplugging and plugging back in after 30 seconds method, checked the power cord, replaced the power cord with a new one, unplugged it for a week and plugged it back in and still cycles the same. For the price and how little it has been used, it should have lasted a lot longer than it did. I had a repair shop look at it and they said the power supply circuit was toast and causing the constant loop, the price to repair it is more than the TV cost new. I will never buy Samsung TV again especially after reading this is a common issue amongst almost all models they make. Save yourself the hassle and buy a Vizio brand TV, they are cheaper, same quality from my experience and last a whole lot longer.
