this tv has an awesome picture and all of the hype in the marketing is absolutely true. it was easy to set up and works great like with my voice assistant...i use bixby with smartthings and also google assistant. my only gripe, and reason forn4 out of 5 stars is that i cannot download the smartthings app to the tv as in other models. i don't need the.vouce assistant on the tv, i'm not asking for that, but i would like to have a functional smartthings app and this model does not allow for that...if it actually does, maybe someone can enlighten me as to how to get it....do not tell me to set it up thru st or update the firmware or search on the apps section....all have been done to no avail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HDR is great (especially for game mode), the size is perfect, hasnt given me any problems that i could notice other than sometimes smartthings pop up but other than that, i couldnt have picked a better entertainment system for not only gaming but also streaming service i watch. Love samsung products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV overall is very good though I only put 4 stars because of its storage space there isn't enough to have all the apps I want at the same time. The good news that overpowers it was that the TV had Samsung TV plus which is good to replace cable almost replace it. The thing I wanted most on the TV was a voice controller so I don't have to type ever again.

It was extremely easy to install a wall-mount to the back, setup the tv with my Samsung account, connect to the wi-fi, and add all of our accessories (soundbar, blu-ray player, and tv service provider box). I couldn't ask for any more ease of use! The picture has been very clear, but doesn't work the greatest with the older movies as far as clarity goes. It was well packaged in an attractive box which will also be great for moving it. The sound clarity is right on par. The speakers on the backside reflect off the wall very nicely to provide a great sound for when I choose not to use my soundbar. Since we have had this Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV, it has received more than enough daily use between the 5 of us in our household! We couldn't be happier! I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

It goes very well with my Samsung phone and screen mirroring and other stuff is great on this TV. It is absolutely great for gaming and it comes optimized for Gaming. Love this TV.
