more extensive owner's manual!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still kind of perplexed that the product didn't have more input jacks to make use of multiple devices. If it is possible I would like to know how to connect multiple devices or can I download a real owner's manual!

A great device with loads of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great television! The picture is very clear and adapts to lighting. Great sound quality as well! I love that this offers: internet browsing, great free apps, expandable storage, built in game play and is able to be fully integrated into my smart home. Set up was really easy and customer support is easily accessible via help settings. The TV is formatted well and makes finding what you need/want to do is a breeze. This was my first Samsung and they made a lifetime customer!

It has its pluses...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My three year old Sony died on me and I purchased this samsung on sale. I do like the picture quality as well as the enhanced features such as more interaction level through youtube than my last TV. However it is a little buggy as I stream HBO Max and it does not work on this TV. It worked fine on my last TV as well as through Roku but after repeated attempts with a number of different movies/shows it freezes up on this TV every time. I did google this issue and it appears that I am not alone.

Sparks: I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your apps not functioning as expected. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps. Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Customer Support. Check Wi-Fi connection The interface issue you are describing may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Run F/W update We also recommend you check that your TV is running the latest firmware. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update. Great TV for the price

Honestly don't think there is anything negative I could say about this. I did notice my q90 TV was able to download the ABC app and this one didn't have it available so unsure there. But overall I am happy with it

Great Features and Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The resolution on the TV is great, very clear and vivid compared to our previous TV. The addition of free TV is a nice bonus. The ability to connect apps to the Home Screen and not through an external device is helpful, although the one small negative is the sometimes clunkiness of the OS. All in all, great value and a purchase we are quite happy with!

Beautiful Crystal Clear Viewing

Great resolution, apps 2/3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has awesome resolution, the smart hub is pretty easy to use but after installing several apps and 3 months of use I needed to reset to factory defaults, apps were very slow but after the reset everything is smooth again. Overall still is a great tv for the price.

TV Review - Power off problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for Movies, Streaming, Gaming, and sports. TV does not shut down properly and always comes back on after 5 minutes. This is a problem when leaving the house as i return to a tv that is powered on.

HI, mvpdyvel, Thank you for your review and feedback on the TU7000 TV. Please know we are here to help you and have a few tips to help with your TV power cycling. Please try the below troubleshooting tips: 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. 5. Disable the Power On with the Mobile option. TVs that can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings. If you are using the device through HDMI, it could cause the auto-on, as Anynet+ is enabled. Occasionally connected devices such as game consoles (PS5, Xbox) or cable set-top boxes send a turn-on signal, for example, if they have software updates. We recommend you try turning Anynet+ off as it may be causing auto power on. Go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+, then disable. Great TV for the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I began looking for a quality Smart TV I found that Samsung products were top notch for the price. I went from a 55 in to a 65 in Crystal UHD and I'm very impressed with the quality of picture I received. Streaming on the various apps that I use is very intuitive. When setting up my TV, the walk through on the TV to get all of my electronics connected was so simplistic.

So happy I chose this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Movie nite hasn't been better than it is now. The picture is so clear and graphics are wonderful. I was on a budget but I'm very satisfied. I debated between Crystal UHD and the QLED but really couldn't afford the price of the QLED, but so satisfied with the UHD.
