Great picture and seamless setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've noticed myself buying more and more Samsung products since my first purchase of a Samsung smartphone several years back. This Samsung Smart TV is one of my most recent purchases. It is the first Smart TV I have personally bought so I was a little anxious during the un-boxing and setup. But the anxiouty quickly faded to excitement as the setup process was seamless. The TV walked my through the wifi connection and signed me in to my existing Samsung account which opened up all sorts of opportunities with the TV (i.e., I can mirror my phone to this TV so easily I was shocked!) I wondered if a Smart TV was for me but after a month with this one ill never go without one. All my Samsung devices are connected and I can share between them. I highly recommend this, or any Samsung Smart TV.

Great TV !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our tv for streaming our favorites. The kids love watching their movies on it . Picture quality and color are great on this tv! To my understanding there are higher levels of picture quality out there but for the price we paid , this tv has delivered without any disappointments! Would definitely purchase again or recommend this Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV.

Best Tv by far!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of the 43” 7 series for my daughters rooms. They are so simple and easy to use. My 8 year old has even taught me a couple of things. I love that it just uses 1 remote for everything!! The picture and sound are great.

TV Review - Power off problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for Movies, Streaming, Gaming, and sports. TV does not shut down properly and always comes back on after 5 minutes. This is a problem when leaving the house as i return to a tv that is powered on.

HI, mvpdyvel, Thank you for your review and feedback on the TU7000 TV. Please know we are here to help you and have a few tips to help with your TV power cycling. Please try the below troubleshooting tips: 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. 5. Disable the Power On with the Mobile option. TVs that can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings. If you are using the device through HDMI, it could cause the auto-on, as Anynet+ is enabled. Occasionally connected devices such as game consoles (PS5, Xbox) or cable set-top boxes send a turn-on signal, for example, if they have software updates. We recommend you try turning Anynet+ off as it may be causing auto power on. Go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+, then disable. If the TV continues to turn on by itself continuously, please get in touch with our Samsung Customer Support. Simply call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Nice set of ports and menu system

DYSFUNCTIONAL ALEXA PAIRING SOFTWARE

if i were rating this tv solely on pic quality & remote use, i would give 4-5 stars. however, the sole purpose of this purchase was based on the advertised pairing of alexa & samsung to achieve voice command operation. my elderly father is homebound & legally blind. the alexa capabilities stamped all over the box was an exciting enticement over any other brand. i spent hours trying to set up & pair. when i looked at reviews for the smartthings app, the software link to pair samsung & alexa, it was a flood of 1 star reviews of same issue with no tech support resolutions. it was very tough telling my father that the tv he just splurged on will not do what i had explained it would due to technical issues which i couldn't get resolved.

Bamalina: I am very sorry you are experiencing issues setting up Alexa with your TU7000 TV. Your model does not have Alexa built-in so you will need to pair it with an Alexa enabled device. You will need to download both the SmartThings app and the Amazon Alexa app. 1) Discover your TV in the SmartThings app by selecting the Add Device option. 2) Also, be sure that your Alexa device has been discovered in your Alexa app. 3) From the Alexa app, enable SmartThings Skill for a TV. Once this skill is added, go to Discover Devices, and your TV will be automatically discovered. Best tv brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung tv and I'm just overall impressed with these tvs. I love the free Samsung tv plus feature with tons of great shows and movies. The smart things app is amazing too! I can control the tv from another room and even allows me to monitor what my kid is watching, the volume, and if I misplace my remote I can just pull up the app and use that as a remote. What really draws me in is the picture quality and how lightweight the tvs are; not bulky and obnoxious looking.

Great picture and quality

Make sure wireless connection is on before attempting to set up TV in the app; it doesn't work with the TV connected to internet with a cord. The remote syncs seamlessly to your existing cable provider box and existing apple TV without having to do anything.
