Exceed Expectations-Superb TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming, movies, cable and daily family entertainment! Samsung has top notch products and this TV just goes to show how superb their technology was implemented into this Device. My family could not be happier with this outstanding TV and the built-in functionality. 10 out of 10 for rating. I have been buying Samsung products since high school starting out with a gaming monitor purchase. 13 years later all of my house TVs are Samsung + plus new smart fridge additional really makes for a great tech based household. Keep up the great work Samsung releasing top of the line high quality products.

Smart tv- hardly

the software on this tv is so bad. operating this tv is a frustrating event each and every time. 1. “smart” feature which is supposed to return to last viewed app does not work, has never worked. it defaults to samsung content or sponsored content. i removed the samsung channel but cannot removed the sponsored content. 2. i am not allowed access to change picture size. there is text there but it is faded and will not let me use it. great idea, samsung!!! 3. device care not always available. many times it is faded and i cannot access. great idea samsung!!! 4. this software is poorly thought out and weak.

Samsung! MOUNT IT

the best tv to date that ive purchased. has own apps to download, has own tv network if you dont have cable , screen mirroring with phone. android product but works flawlessly with apple products (iphone 11 and apple tv ). has a smart tv app where you dont even need the remote that comes with, use your phone to change channel, volume, etc. great picture quality with options to change from game to movie. get you one asap

Great Connectivity and Picture Clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this Samsung 58 inch TV for 6 months. The product was easy to setup. We had two problems at first, 1. There were thin blue horizontal lines on the picture which did not obstruct viewing from across the room, but were clearly visible up close. 2. Our Sound was out of sync. Both problems were resolved by great tech support. The first problem was resolved with a new screen and the second was a minor setting adjustment. So far we are very pleased with the TV. My only advise is to go large regarding screen size. Very appropriate for our family room...but sometimes I wish I had gone with a 65 inch. On the whole, I am very pleased with this purchase. This is our second samsung product. The first one went to another room in the house.

Positive Experience

The picture is far clearer than any TV I've ever owned. Also we are enjoying the free TV package that comes with the set. I would have given a 5 Star rating but I've been disappointed to not be able to use the mirror imaging from my iPhone 10X. I get audio but no Video.

65 inch crystal uhd

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very happy with my purchase of my Crystal uhd tv. Not a top of the line model but I feel the picture quality is real good. Especially for the cost of this 65 inch tv. I'm using the tv mostly for streaming tv shows and movies where my brother has hooked up some gaming systems. All have looked great. Recently found out how easy it was to cast from my phone to the tv.

Well worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Samsung TU 7000 when we decided to upgrade from our older Samsung Plasma. Another comparable brand had been purchased for a man-cave use, and we were not totally satisfied with that purchase. We felt confident replacing a Samsung with a Samsung and are delighted that we did. The picture quality is great, the value was good, and the remote in particular is intuitive and very easy to use. Kudos to Samsung. It will continue to be my brand of choice.

Quality product and quality price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a LOT of TVs in the last few years, due to failures on one end or another, or needing to upscale to change with the living space. The most recent purchase happens to be the best, with my Samsung 65” Crystal Clear UHD TV. It fits in our space super well and the UI is much better than a lot of other smart TVs out there. I'm a happy camper.

Best TV Ever!

It is stunningly clear and the colors are amazing. We joke that it looks like cartoon characters have pores! I would definitely buy this TV again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good TV!

Broken after 1.5 Months

I had only owned this TV for 1.5 months before it suddenly decided to start turning on and off, over and over. I scheduled a warranty service repair and it took them a week and a half to come out. Finally the repair person was here last week, replaced the main board, then told me the screen needed to be replaced and he had to order another part. So far I have been without my new TV for over 2 weeks now. DO NOT BUY!
