Best Brand/tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote and tv features are easy to understand for people who are not use to smart TVs. The quality of the picture with new gaming systems is Immaculate. Has access to the important apps at the tip of your fingers.

Great Picture, but that's about it

Color and view is incredible. The wireless connectivity is where this TV severely lacks. I have 3 Onn brand TVs in my house and they have 0 issues but this Samsung TV is a constant battle to keep it connected to any app. Severely disappointed considering the price and brand.

Hi SmithFamily, I'm glad you reached out to let us know about the issues you are experiencing with the connectivity on your Samsung TU7000 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps that may resolve the problem. 1) Check the network and the status of your access point. 2) On the remote control, press the Settings button. 3) Select Settings > General > Network > Network Status to check the network status. 4) If the network isn't connected, a network reset may be required. 5) Make sure that your access point is working correctly. Check the LED indicators on your access point to ensure it is operating normally. 6) Check the access point location if you use a wireless access point. If the access point is too far from the TV, move it closer. 7) Try rebooting the access point by disconnecting and reconnecting the power connector. It may take 1 to 2 minutes until the access point comes back online after a reboot. 8) If the same problem continues, select Settings > General > Network > Network Status > IP Settings to change to a different DNS server. If a test occurs, cancel it and select IP Settings. 9) Select DNS Setting Enter manually. 10) Select DNS Server, enter 8.8.8.8, then select OK. 11) A software update or factory reset may be required if the same problem continues. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If this does not correct the issue, I also recommend trying these steps: 1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router If you continue to have issues, please know we are here to help. Excellent tv for a decent price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use my Tv for streaming and also use it as a screen for my work by connecting a HDMI cable. The streaming quality is very good. No latency and the UHD quality is top class. Best Tv for budget buyers

Nice TV

this is my 3rd samsung tv purchase in the last 9 years. the last 2 were 60". the new 75" series 7000 4k is very nice. and the picture is outstanding. the only issue for me is the sound. i wish there was a way to increase the sound so i do not have to raise the sound with the remote to 75 or more that shows on the screen meter. all my other samsung tv,s were not close to that.

Good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is good overall. Apps respond quickly and theres a good amount of apps to download. The picture quality becomes blurry in dark scenes. The biggest dislike on the tv is the ads that appear in the app store and app selection.

Frustrating...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv would be fine except that it restarts four or five times daily...I've followed every troubleshooting advice I can find.. countless resets...unplugging...device care procedures...nothing fixes the issue...it was too large and heavy for me to repack and return...the picture is great...but the daily restarts are stressful and frustrating...

Samsung wins Again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung TV probably accounts for about my 20th Samsung product I have bought in the last 20 years! I can honestly say it is now my favorite go to brand. This latest purchase of the 58" UHD 4K Smart TV has not disappointed! I was in need of a new TV since my previous set had started to get dark shading at the bottom. This TV arrived just in time- Set up was so simple that I did it myself! Easy plug and play right out of the box. The simple multi-function remote even came with batteries! The preloaded apps made it easier and less time consuming to set up- I loved the way I was prompted to allow the Smart TV set up some features automatically- the picture quality will self-adjust brightness as needed should I want it to- That is important to me since the set in in a room with varying degrees of sunlight throughout the day. The set was able to detect my cable set top box and internet connection. Entering my network password was as simple as moving the cursor to the letters and numbers needed. Connecting to my home network is an option and not necessary for the TV to function. I have been watching the TV for about a week now and I am very please with the picture quality and ease of use. The sharpness of every channel even if not broadcast in HD is amazing! It even has less glare from the window that the previous set! I would highighly reccomment this TV or any Samsung product!

Great picture and features

The picture clarity is really good for the price. We liked Samsung so much, we ended up buying a flat screen for our travel trailer, as well because of picture quality and weight.

Still learning about Samsung TV

Pleasantly Surprised by this affordable tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received my 58" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV. We decided to put it in our son's room. The price point on this tv was very affordable and I was not expecting anything fancy from this tv. Let me tell you, I was wrong! Setup was incredibly easy. Loved Samsung's easy setup app! The picture is crystal clear with vibrant colors. The sound is amazing! My son and I both were shocked by the tv sound as most tvs have subpar sound and you need to add surround sound or a sound bar. Not on this tv! The sound is great right out of the box. The remote is extremely easy to use also and includes dedicated buttons for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Samsung TV Plus. We have Samsung Galaxy phones so we are also able to use our phones as remotes, so that is also a great feature. Love the Smart TV apps on my home page. Only negative is that you cannot remove them after adding them in initial setup. If we had known that we would have not included some of them. Other than that, we absolutely love this tv and highly recommend it for a great picture, ease of use and fabulous sound.
