Excellent tv

Everything you could want in a smart TV, easy to navigate and has pretty much every app you could want. Remote is great and east to use. Very happy with this purchase!

Great Quality For A Nice Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic TV for streaming and gaming. Picture is clean and vivid and the built in audio isn't terrible! With any Smart TV, having all your streaming apps in one place is very convenient, especially when using the easy-to-use app store. Multiple HDMI ports, USB port, Optical. Loaded with great optimizing features. Bought a Bluetooth Samsung Soundbar/Sub combo, the linking process was easy and seamless. I would highly recommend this TV for any streamer OR gaming customer (so anybody!)

I love the picture quality and color depth

it was easy to set up snd the unit was very light versus my old plasma u it which was almost 90 pounds. i was able to use my existing wall mount which helped saved me any additional spending. it was a breeze to set up the wireless system and add my other accounts to the tv. great product so far, thank you.

Great value for the cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked up during a christmas sale to replace an old 1080 60 inch. I wanted something within my price point with 4K quality, 65 inches and smart features for my streaming subs. The picture is top tier for the price I paid, and the sound can fill up a room. My only real complaint is that it only has 2 hdmi ports, but I knew that before I bought it and so far it hasn't been a problem for me. I use an android dongle in one hdmi, a ps4 in the second. I can watch everything I need and game on my console. Would highly recommend for anyone that wants an inexpensive big 4K television.

Best TV we've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our tv for movie nights, news, sports games, gaming, you name it! The picture is clear and bright and full of great color resolution! Our smart tv came with many optional apps which we use regularly. Our 3 kids in their early twenties went in together to get my husband and I a new tv last Christmas and we unwrapped the best gift ever! Highly recommended! The plus is that it sinks with Alexa and even plays our Spotify playlist during dinner time too!

Remote

this tv needed more hdmi inputs. i hate the remote. my last samsung 65" tv had bixby. the remote was so simple to navigate. i should have purchased the tu8000. i wish i could purchase another remote that is simple. i am always pushing the wrong buttons. enter,up,down, right, left buttons are a real pain.

Feeling scammed

Picture is beautiful. Remote sucks. On OTA broadcast and when using blue ray or cable box it is fine. But when you use a streaming service like Netflix or YouTube tv it is horrible, the stutter is driving me crazy! What is the point of selling a smart tv if the thing is garbage while running apps? The whole point of a smart tv is running streaming services. Looks great in store, then you see the great picture at home.... And then the disappointment sets in as soon as you see the stutter.

Excellent color/clarity

The brightness, vibrant colors and clear picture are excellent and has made her life a lot easier. Although she will never use many of the features this TV offers, it has been a great investment!

Screen goes dark

I purchased the TV in 2020. The picture quality was beautiful. The volume could be better. I am writing this review now because the picture quality is horrible. For the last few months the picture goes dark. As of the last week the screen is completely dark.
