Samsung televisionare the best money can buy!!!

You don't have to be a electronic expert to work these beautiful televisions. The picture is so crystal clear and the colors are just right. I love Samsung televisions, I will never buy any other brand!! Thank you Samsung!! I love all your products!!

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is exceptional. I like all the features. The only problem I had was the closed captioning. I found it difficult to get CC on all channels. I have finally figured that out and now I'm a "happy camper".

Loved it while it worked

loved the picture, everything about it for 6 days. left the room for 30 minutes, came back and the picture was crazy! all sorts of colors all over the place and you couldn't even tell what was supposed to be on the screen. used the remote and turned the tv off. it never came on again. using a mirror, i can see the power button underneath the tv. when i click the power button on the remote, the little red light flashes. otherwise, no red light at all. i have researched and nothing i have tried has worked. called for service. by the way, the first one i had delivered had a smashed screen. it's the samsung 55-inch class crystal uhd tu-7000 series. replaced remote batteries, plugged tv directly into the outlet (verified outlet was working). tried many things other than taking the tv apart!

Vlin: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry for the color glitch issue you encountered. Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve this specific issue. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is not connected to the internet, follow these steps to update the firmware. - You can find the update (version 1301.5) at: samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020 - Extract the firmware to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) - Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. - Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. - The TV will install the update and then restart. - Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button on your remote until the TV turns off and back on. Perfect for us!

Happy now that it's fixed

Purchased this TV in December from the Brick first thing I paid too much money after reading other posts anyhow five months later TV quits cut to the quick had to get a new screen new screen gave me a better picture than the original I believe the original was faulty from the get-go so now I have a nice TV repair guy very informative. I don't understand why the prices aren't the same across the board

No Motion settings,delayed response Remote control

couln't find and adjust auto motion plus mode from expert setting. there's no auto motion plus mode!! picture motion moves too fast makes me dizzy. also delayed response remote control!! did some online research, removed battery presss and hold power botton about 30 seconds still no luck! not happy about samsung tv's. my previous samsung tv screen got 2 lines and bought new samsung but seems like new samsung tv takes too much time to set up. im already gave up! should have spend bit more for sony tv.

Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Great Quality, Bad Connectivity

Good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is good overall. Apps respond quickly and theres a good amount of apps to download. The picture quality becomes blurry in dark scenes. The biggest dislike on the tv is the ads that appear in the app store and app selection.

Great TV, Great Price

I appreciate the automatic change to game mode when a console is plugged in. I like that the TV automatically detects equipment that is plugged into it and identifies the product. The smart remote is great to control all of the console with one remote.

Excellent tv for a decent price
