Nice Smart TV with so many good features.

Only a one year warranty

my first samsung tv. have a sony and a panasonic. both give you a three year warranty. samsung only gives you a one year. shame on you. tv is good but for the money i paid i expected much better. color is far from perfect. remote control is very confusing. my next large tv will not be a sansung.

best tv ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this tv. I can use AirPlay to connect wireless my laptop to the tv without using cables. great size and features. I am looking forward to getting a Xbox Series S and play using this tv.

Great picture and sound, software not so good

i purchased this samsung 55" because i have the 42" samsung nonsmart tv in my bedroom and had excellent experience. this is my very first smart tv. picture is excellent and sound is impressive. set up was easy through the settings on the tv. tried using the smartthings app on my iphone and it would not work. being my first smart tv, i'm not too impressed with the software. my 42" with amazon firestick takes 2 seconds to load. the 55" takes 15+ seconds to load hulu, netflix and prime tv. sometimes hulu does not load and goes back to previous screen. the only way i have found to fix it, is to turn off tv, unplug the power for 20 seconds then plug back in. the remote doesn't always select what you want. if the software and remote issues could be fixed then i would have given this tv 5 stars.

Great picture but no sleep button

the picture in the tv is amazing and the sound is pretty good. the only compaint is that on mynokd samsung tv there was a “sleep” button to turn the sleep timer on that inused a ton. now you have to go theough the settings menu to set it and you have to donitbwveyday. it is not easy to navigate and it is enough of a hassle i thought about returning it. if you sont use the sleep button then it is a great choice.

A great TV for the price, with only a few nitpicks

i really enjoy this tv. im an avid gamer and have only had a few grievances. for example, the tv comes with an automatic “game mode,” when it detects a game being played. switching to this game mode adjusts certain settings to make games look better, and generally speaking it does, but on occation when switching to game mode the screen will begin flickering. the only way to stop the flickering is to manually navigate the settings and turn game mode off and on again until the flickering stops. this doesn't happen all of the time, but often enough

Great TV would buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV picture is great , has built in apps and u can install virtually any other app you want . Negative:the tv developed a line on bottom of screen. I had to call support for service Positive : they walked me thru diagnostics and determined it need a repair tech . He came within 2 days exactly on time , changed screen and it's been perfect . Overall I would grade tv 9 out of 10

ADs, Slow UI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is good, but the UI is unbelievably slow and clunky. Combine that with ads on the home screen and its a major turn off. Samsung, no one in their right mind wants ads injected after spending hundreds or thousands on a TV.

First, Samsung TV Plus can be disabled, which removes the channels from your default guide. Should you want to disable TV Plus, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press and hold the enter or select button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove.’ 2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. Love it!

The picture is beautiful, it's easy to navigate, and the sound though the TV is crystal clear - I constantly am playing Spotify off my TV (Which I can control easily from my phone and computer) and the music sounds great. The only thing I wish were different is the remote - it's a little clunky with a lot of buttons and I wish I could use voice commands, but it's not enough of an inconvenience to go below a 5 star rating. Overall, I love this TV and am a huge Samsung supporter after owning this TV.

This TV is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is great for what I need it for. I can play games on my PS4 and it runs smoothly the picture quality is beautiful and has multiple settings to adjust for different things like movies, gaming, and shows. Only downside, it is a bit slow when I use my remote, and has seemed to get slower the longer I've had it. I bought this TV less than a year ago so I expected a bit more from it. Occasionally I have issues with it not connecting to my internet and have to unplug and plug back in my TV completely. Overall it is good for standard streaming and gaming services.
