A slightly confusing menu for first time Smart TV users, but takes little time getting used to. I use my TV mostly for gaming. It comes with a gaming mode which enhances video, and audio for specificly gaming use. You can have just about any video or audio app you wish for on it. One of the best TV experiences I've had.

a great addition to any home theater set up. excellent menu options featuring filter modes ranging from standard to film making mode which can all be further manipulated to achieve your optimum viewing experience. brilliant colors contrasted against bold blacks to provide superior detail. excellent apps including disney+, hulu, netflix, and vudu. samsung plus app included provides instant content before having to log in to any other service. i'm looking forward to upgrading to a wireless bluetooth 7.2 surround sound set up, soon. im sure it will be that much more awesome. i recommend this item to anyone looking for a great upgrade to their home theater or to start building one around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is really good. Colors, brightness, resolutions works really good. 4K upscaling is works like a charm. Sounds are pretty good too. e-Arc supports so if you connect an external speakers for Dolby Atmos, you are good with this tv. The only issue is when it's playing HDR contents. Brighter images are brighter and punchy but darker image are too dark and brightness in HDR reduces overall.

We're enjoying the great picture whether it's a sitcom, movie or sporting event. We're also happy with the sound quality. The connectivity with our apps is seamless, and other than remembering to hit return instead of exit in the app, it's easy to use.

The first feature that is completely unexpected is the ability to enable narration of the text menus in the settings. Being someone who is visually impaired I really appreciated this feature a lot. this feature in hand with the ability to enlarge the menu font size make this TV a excellent choice for those with visual impairments. The ability to customize almost every aspect of the picture quality to tailor for the individual needs of those with visual challenges. The clarity of the picture is excellent. Crisp fonts that make readability very easy. The viewing angle allows for you to be almost anywhere in the room and have the same viewing clarity as others. The colors come through with a vivid vibrancy making them easy on the eyes. I highly recommend this television for those with Accessibility needs.

first tv this large. amazed at the quality of such a large screen. legs that came with were too far apart for the tv base we had so we purchased an aftermarket center stand that works well. not the tv's fault that ive had this stand for thirty years. took some getting use to to set up since we had to go to the website rather than just do everything right on the tv. went smooth and ive had no issues with quality or use. great picture and value. two hdmi ports and optical audio was all we needed. please offer a center stand rather than the wide legs.

we really like this tv. the picture is great and set up was fairly easy. the only issue we have is the remote control. it was able to control our local cable box when we bought it. about a month ago, it could no longer bring up the guide from our cable provider. i am looking forward to samsung's next firmware update when they will fix this issue.

This TV has great features like streaming. And also includes camera to do video calls. The creen can split 4 ways to watch four things at a time.

i am satisfied with the tv. the only thing that bothers me about my purchase is i didn't know anything about samsung tv plus. i think that's the right name. i absolutely hate how it automatically starts playing a random cable channel when the television is turned on and i haven't chosen something yet. i also don't like it turning my playstation on just because i turned the tv on. i want the television and the playstation to be connected but that seems just inconvenient. tv is smart so there's really no need to turn on the playstation unless i'm about to play a game. other than those few nitpicks the tv is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i mostly use mirroring from laptop, It renders pictures perfect. Slow some times , may be the internet not sure. Also there is a bright spot at the left bottom of the tv, not sure it appears all times. Over all for 43" , it does work better.
