[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV to watch cable and apps. It has seemed to run out of memory and would not load my live streaming service. I needed to connect memory and it is troublesome. I enjoy samsung products and own many but my tv is frustrating at times.

i have all samsung tvs in my house. from 40-82inch. i love the product. i purchased this replace a 8 year old 42. the picture quality is very nice. the set up for everyhing was extremely easy except airplay. i spent 2 hrs trouble shooting and finally got it to work by unplugging from the wall. nowhere did i find that suggestion online. the worst part about this tv is the remote and commuicating with the apps. its super slow and delayed. its extremely frustrating. i dont really want to return a 50 inch tv, but its like using dial up internet. its a 3-4 second delay on everything. the firmware is up to date. im at a loss at the moment

Love the free samsung TV we get lots of stuff to watch free. Love the dim feature it has the picture dims according to the light in the room so when we fall asleep in front of the tv it dims so it won't hurt our eyes. And so many more features just love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has decent sound and clear picture. The motion seemed odd but so does all of the newer model televisions. I'm use to it now. The reason for three star rating is internet connection. It shows its connection with full signal but some apps will crash or freeze, then I have to restart my TV. Its a bit frustrating but overall it'll do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using the TU700 55" about three months now, I will not hesitate recommending it for my friends and families, I don't regret buying it, This is the best TV I bought, it looks so big on my wall since it's so thiny, I put it on the wall not on the table because I have kids, and I found the wall mounting a good idea, the sound looks great and amplified perfectly within need of an amplifier. We used it must for streaming and movies in the different platforms online, but I also like the apps included or some games I install and I enjoy playing with my kids, the kids loves it so much especially when playing cartoon movies, every Friday night it's a family movie with kids, but everyday else is adult watching, and since I work from home, I usually use it to play music or some of my favorite podcasts on the different platforms, which gives me a great experience while working. It also allow me to connect my laptop if I need a better bigger space on my laptop. When lights are off and the kids are sleeping, the picture looks so great on the screen, since I'm a fan of the UHD or great quality videos, this is a great alternative of the cinema in some cases. If any one thinking buying a TV soon, I would recommend this one for the medium living room, but it gonna also be a good one for the small room, especially for a bedroom.

Once or twice it has disconnected from my home wifi and have to do a reset , but that doesn't happen often. The picture is really clear and Im glad I choose this tv !
