It has all of my streaming service apps right there, and I can download any more I might need. Only downside is just how delicate the screen itself is. Kids were being kids, and threw a toy, cracking the screen. Unfortunately, it costs just as much to fix it, as to buy a whole replacement TV. Otherwise, we've been very happy with our purchase!

Your support for customer service is excellent I've only had to call a couple times one was on my old TV and one I called on this TV not for a problem on the TV but I could not remember my password for Samsung and they were able to get that for me right away. I would gladly recommend this to any of my friends or family or any of the Samsung line.

the fell of this tv just screams cheap. the plactic legs are ubly and the remote is a step down from 2019. i only use it for streaming so so far so good. not impressed compared to my 2018 55”. in fact the qled models have have also suffered i. quality. the q70 had more festures than this year. i guess this is a case of the bottom line being more important than the product

We don't do streaming well at least not yet. Overall we are very pleased with this product would recommend to anyone.

The game mode is a nice feature and the customizations of the screen are excellent. I do not use the speakers as I prefer my the quality of my soundbar. I also take advantages of the downloadable apps (Netflix and HBO mainly) when watching things on the television.
