Smart TVs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start by saying I love my tv, I just hate that it works kind of slow. Always signing me out of apps, the volume goes up & down too fast and sometimes have to press the in button multiple times before it actually comes on.

Sg422: Thank you for sharing your experience with the TU7000 TV. I am sorry that you are experiencing some delayed response when when changing volume and some lagging. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. Hulu Live sucks on it

i am only giving this tv 3 starts because hulu is our mail cable provider and when watching it live the sound and picture get out of sync and i can't seem to get it fixed. i don't like search feature for apps and you don't have the variety as a streaming stick. i'm actually considering buying another inexpensive one so that i don't have to use the apps. i don't like how small the buttons are and where they are located for using the apps. the picture is nice and the price is right. we put our old samsung in the living room and got this one for the family room. i think our other samsung is at least 6 years old or more and i've not had one problem with it. not even a pixel is out. if it wasn't for the video problem with hulu live, and the apps, i would give this tv 4-5 stars.

Please check your network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work, or its image quality may be poor. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue. Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. Fantastic features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent television. I love the size and when I watch a movie it seems like I am right there on the set! Samsung includes its own TV channels for free. Easy to load Apps and include other channels. Very intuitive to figure out how to navigate and select features. Color is great and picture is super-clear! Peripherals are easy to setup and attach. Sound is great and when I run it through my sound system it is greatly enhanced.

Ease of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV of course has a great picture, but where I am really thrilled is how well it works with my sound bar and my Blu-ray player and my Wi-Fi. First of all, I was surprised that the one remote works everything. Secondly, I was surprised how it knows where the input is coming from, turns on and goes right to that source. Finally, it just does what it says it will do, easily, and I can navigate the menu system without any effort.

Easy to turn on and use (wife approved, LOL).

This is our 3rd Samsung TV, we are still watching our 50 inch Samsung Plasma TV everyday that we purchased in 2007. We went to the store to purchase another brand that had great reviews but we purchased this Samsung 43 inch because the picture quality was so much better than anything else in its price range. I would recommend Samsung TV's from our experience with them.

Pleasantly surprised!

Pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price! The biggest problem we had was to connect it to our Telus Optix box, but it turned out that the box was too old for 4K! But they sent a new one, and everything is working fine. The Optix box was much more of a problem than the TV, which worked immediately and beautifully. We mounted it onto our wall and it's perfect. The remote is also very intuitive, which I appreciate.

Best TV I ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am loving everything about this TV. I am able to connect it with my Alexa and all my subscriptions. Watching the games on here is by far the best experience I had watching sports. Playing PlayStation on here is incredible also. The games are so clear! I don't think I can turn off this TV. AMAZING!

Amazing picture
