The picture is so crisp it feels like I have my very own home theater. The sound is also good from the tv (I personally bought a wireless Samsung soundbar). Personally I would recommend this tv to all my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Crystal UHD 4k tv has such brightness and sharpness to its image. I'm amazed! Pictures don't do this tv justice. It has good speakers too. The sound is loud enough and very clear. Comes with control and batteries. I love that it's already a smart tv, so you don't need any extra equipment to be able to watch your favorite apps. It was also very easy to set up. Pretty much self explanatory. Just plugged it in, guided me through connecting to wifi and that was pretty much it. It took less than 5min. Overall, I'm super happy with my smart tv.

The frame is really thin so I rarely ever notice it, I just see a beautiful picture. I truly love how easily I can airplay from my entertainment boxes, laptop and phone; it truly makes streaming with airplay a breeze. It has Samsung Tv Plus which has channels like News & Opinion, Entertainment, Crime, Game Shows, Sports, Food, Home & Travel, Reality, Latino, International, Comedy, Gaming, Kids, Science & Nature, Sci Fi & Horror, Movies, Music with hundreds of live channels all for free with your Wi-Fi. With the included remote you have access to a lot of popular apps. too, I was also able to download even more apps. The picture quality is crystal clear. The sound is pretty good alone, but we do have a sound system also. There is 2 HDMI ports which is more than enough since you can access so many apps. I have my satellite plugged into one and the other is free. I believe I have covered most everything here. I don't think you can go wrong with this television.

Also the built in Samsung tv app has free movies and cable channels. It was inexpensive, doesn't overheat or burnout, and had a ton of smart features. I also have the added benefit of people not being able to mess with my tv with a Roku remote like many roku-app ran tvs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is not my first Samsung TV and it was as expected, very good, however there are very few things which is not major but still will be better if resolved: - Those new models have fixed stands type, the old models have rotated stand, which means you can rotate the tv because it has a center stand, those new ones has a cheaper stand which doesn't allow to rotate the tv, it is very cheap and very bad. - While Samsung now is leading the market on tv's, I guess its time to have a better remote control, your remote control deign is very bad, you need a better design, something where you can distinguish the bottom's by the touch. either than that the TV is very good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV was working fine for the first couple of weeks, but now every single day it disconnects from my WiFi, and despite me refreshing and trying to reconnect, it keeps failing to connect. The issue isn't from my router, as all of my other electronics are not losing connection. It's only the TV. It won't fix unless I unplug the power cord and plug it back in. I have to do this every single day. I have a brand new TV; this should NOT be happening. It's incredibly frustrating because I was under the impression that Samsung was one of the best TV brands, but apparently I was mistaken. Is this covered under warranty? My TV must be defected.

This TV was even easy for my mom who's not so "tech savvy " to figure out on her own. Don't tell her that though I'd get in big trouble if she heard that lol. The ability to play my photos on screen and all of my digital media makes it that much cooler not to mention the picture itself is clear and so vibrant. Gaming is easily hooked up and the remote control is self explained with everything clearly displayed. All around awesome! It recognizes my Amazon Alexa and my Google home. It rocks!
